Nice little boutique hotel with friendly staff and large rooms

We had a lovely stay here, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious stay in Oaxaca. The people working there were very kind and helpful, particularly Belén. The location was good, and although the street outside could be busy with road traffic, very little of that could be heard in the room. We stayed in Lluvia, and we found the space to be just the right size and very comfortable and clean. The bathtub was a big draw for us and did not disappoint. They regularly check in with us to make sure our stay was going well, and offered help generously whenever we needed accommodation.

The main suit in the second floor is super nice but the bathroom has a very unpleasant smell. If you don't use it in the morning, the smell becomes unbearable.

The hotel gave out my room to someone else and they were fully booked and were not able to give me what I booked and after two days of having me in a room like closet size they gave me a room that was dark ,dirty and gloomy and promised they will take care of me and never did . Ruined my entire stay and plans

Staff was very helpful and kind

The room was clean and staff very friendly. Things that need improvement are bathroom needs fan and brighter lighting to apply makeup. Room needs it’s own iron and board, and tall mirror.

We absolutely loved our stay at Spira Hotel. The property is beautiful, chic, and thoughtfully designed, with rooms that are spotless, spacious, unique and gorgeous. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to all the action while still feeling calm and relaxing. A wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca City. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

Tastefully decorated, clean room quiet lovely staff

The hotel is nicely designed and the rooms surround a common courtyard with garden and reflecting pool. Secure and safe property. Very walkable location. Breakfast starts 7am we missed that due to an early morning flight. The property staff is very nice. The area was a but noisy until around 2am. Our room #6 was nicely appointed. We did not have any hot water in our room. Last year we stayed at the sister hotel, Flavia. This was a beautifully designed, and spacious hotel with an amazing view, outdoor restaurant, bar and library. The only draw back was the noise. During our stay, we experienced consistent barking dogs in the night and early morning hours.

The hotel is beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, we had 2 rooms and brought our dog. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, hotel is only a few blocks away from the main plaza/zocalo. We can’t wait to be back. Thank you Ceci and everyone in the staff for taking such a good care of us.

Friendly and supportive staff, boutique hotel with beautiful decor and location

Los cuartos super bien! Muy limpio y padre todo. Las de la recepción super lindas! pero se escucha absolutamente todo en el cuarto. Las personas q pasan afuera y todo lo que pasa en la calle se escucha demasiado y no te deja dormir para nada. Estuve 3 noches y no dormi ni una bien:(

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were smaller than pictured, however the bathroom was unbelievable.
