We had a lovely stay here, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious stay in Oaxaca. The people working there were very kind and helpful, particularly Belén. The location was good, and although the street outside could be busy with road traffic, very little of that could be heard in the room. We stayed in Lluvia, and we found the space to be just the right size and very comfortable and clean. The bathtub was a big draw for us and did not disappoint. They regularly check in with us to make sure our stay was going well, and offered help generously whenever we needed accommodation.

El hotel esta muy bonito, pero la atención del personal es lo mejor del lugar.

Desayuno : desconocía de la hora de inicio del desayuno , llegamos a las 7:29 y nos pídieron esperar a las 7:30 para podernos atender , un poco de malas caras de parte de los que atendían . Hubo un momento incómodo en el desayuno donde pedí que me agregaran 8 claras de huevo más y me querían cobrar 5 omelet completos , gerencia lo resolvió pero algo incoherente por parte de los que atendían . Por 8 claras de huevo más me iban a cobrar $700 pesos . Resto del personal muy amable , pero ai en el desayuno parece que odian lo que hacen .

Limpieza total, el diseño de las habitaciones está genial. El personal está siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene un hambiente tranquilo

The main suit in the second floor is super nice but the bathroom has a very unpleasant smell. If you don't use it in the morning, the smell becomes unbearable.

The hotel gave out my room to someone else and they were fully booked and were not able to give me what I booked and after two days of having me in a room like closet size they gave me a room that was dark ,dirty and gloomy and promised they will take care of me and never did . Ruined my entire stay and plans

The room was clean and staff very friendly. Things that need improvement are bathroom needs fan and brighter lighting to apply makeup. Room needs it’s own iron and board, and tall mirror.

We absolutely loved our stay at Spira Hotel. The property is beautiful, chic, and thoughtfully designed, with rooms that are spotless, spacious, unique and gorgeous. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to all the action while still feeling calm and relaxing. A wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca City. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
