Rundown but functional.

Shower was so weard.

La ubicacion es centrica pero este hotel ya vio pasar sus mejores tiempos. El loobby y el restaurante se mantienen bien pero los cuartos estan algo descuidados y evidentemente les falta mantenimiento. No esta sucio pero tampoco se puede decir que destaquen por su limpieza. El desayuno bufete es estandard, bueno para estar incluido y al parecer el restaurante tiene algo de tradicion ya que es frecuentado por los locales.

Good overnight stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit weak..maybe needs a new showerhead,. Breakfast was great with excellent service. Secure parking is a plus. Check in was easy.

Property is clean parking lot is in the back of the hotel felt safe leaving my motorcycle there security guard at sight. The elevator was not working and just a suggestion breakfast should start earlier then 7:00 am for the people that need to leave earlier hotel outdated but clean.

This is maybe the most treacherous place I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed all over, nice, dangerous, upper class, poverty stricken. Staff were aloof (when present), at best. I literally tripped over the door step ledge into the door, and glad I didnt fall all the way through. The "chair" was in the way between the door and the bathroom and you had to pull it out of the way to get across the room. The chair was old and peeling and was at least 30 years old. and dangerous. It sunk to the floor. Beds were hard as a rock, and dirty. It was obvious that the shower was dangerous to get into, stepping down and filthy. There was no way I was going to do that. The rooms were disgusting. The pool was empty. The men sat around reading papers in the front. As I told the woman who represented a Wyndham property in MX, I'd given Wyndham another try and was very very sorry I did. I left before I unpacked and went to another hotel room. A Marriot, which was so so so much nicer and less dangerous. Because the woman I'd talked to about the Mexico City Property had asked for pics (and I had them, and she "apologized" and said that wasn't expected of the Wyndham name), I took some this time too. And it was a lot worse. At least the one downtown had a live band in one of the rooms. P. S. That "multilingual" staff does not exist. I do NOT expect the people of Mexico to learn English, but ppl in the service industry should know how to use a translator. I could write more.

Romm with bad smell, carpet on floor was dirty (plenty of dust). Room needs renovation (remodeling) since seems and smells old. My room was number 111.

Hotel is old and kind of dirty. Staff members are ok, good customer service but terrible facilities. Rooms had an unpleasant smell, so as certain social areas

We look forward to staying here again! Everything was excellent - and the buffet breakfast was truly exceptional!

The towels are not consistent house keep okay

Reception terrible service i had to ring bel like 10 times ( bell sticks an doesn't work. I reserved a non smoking room and the room smelled of TABACO spike my allergies, the rug was horribly dirty and smelly. the room was full of mosquitos. my say was horrible i didn't even sleep due to the allergies and i have mosquito bites all over. I will never stay their again.

The room are not well kept the celing of my room was falling down. The reception staff are not helpfull at all,

Pool was a mess and the light fixture hanging out
