Wyndham Garden Ciudad Obregon

La ubicacion es centrica pero este hotel ya vio pasar sus mejores tiempos. El loobby y el restaurante se mantienen bien pero los cuartos estan algo descuidados y evidentemente les falta mantenimiento. No esta sucio pero tampoco se puede decir que destaquen por su limpieza. El desayuno bufete es estandard, bueno para estar incluido y al parecer el restaurante tiene algo de tradicion ya que es frecuentado por los locales.

Muy limpio y el menú muy apetecible y rico

Good overnight stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit weak..maybe needs a new showerhead,. Breakfast was great with excellent service. Secure parking is a plus. Check in was easy.

Nunca había llegado a este hotel y de verdad. me pareció una excelente opción en Ciudad Obregón. Felicitaciones a todo el personal

La habitacion tenia muchos Zancudos y el clima era malo, sin poderlo ajustar

Property is clean parking lot is in the back of the hotel felt safe leaving my motorcycle there security guard at sight. The elevator was not working and just a suggestion breakfast should start earlier then 7:00 am for the people that need to leave earlier hotel outdated but clean.

This is maybe the most treacherous place I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed all over, nice, dangerous, upper class, poverty stricken. Staff were aloof (when present), at best. I literally tripped over the door step ledge into the door, and glad I didnt fall all the way through. The "chair" was in the way between the door and the bathroom and you had to pull it out of the way to get across the room. The chair was old and peeling and was at least 30 years old. and dangerous. It sunk to the floor. Beds were hard as a rock, and dirty. It was obvious that the shower was dangerous to get into, stepping down and filthy. There was no way I was going to do that. The rooms were disgusting. The pool was empty. The men sat around reading papers in the front. As I told the woman who represented a Wyndham property in MX, I'd given Wyndham another try and was very very sorry I did. I left before I unpacked and went to another hotel room. A Marriot, which was so so so much nicer and less dangerous. Because the woman I'd talked to about the Mexico City Property had asked for pics (and I had them, and she "apologized" and said that wasn't expected of the Wyndham name), I took some this time too. And it was a lot worse. At least the one downtown had a live band in one of the rooms. P. S. That "multilingual" staff does not exist. I do NOT expect the people of Mexico to learn English, but ppl in the service industry should know how to use a translator. I could write more.

Habitación olía mal, instalaciones viejas , regadera había una bola de cabello en la coladera, toallas y sabanas viejas incluso tenía oyos se sentía aspera, el sillón tenía manchas, le hace falta mucho cuidado a lo exterior, alberca estaba fuera de servicio

Si, estuvo bien el desayuno, la alberca es la que no esta en uso y eso le quita puntos puesto que hace falta para refrescarse por el calor que hace en la ciudad

Alberca desabilitada, y fue la Foto de ella la que me inclinó a reservar en ese hotel

Instalaciones y muebles viejos

El hotel y todas sus instalaciones estan viejas y faltas de mantenimiento. La pagina dice que es un hotel 4 estrellas y definitivamente debe de ser un 2 estrellas, porque ni a 3 llega!

EXCELENTE ALOJAMIENTO

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones generales pero hay algunos muebles viejos que se notan reparados, el closet y la puerta del baño necesitan una pintada, se ven viejos y gastados. Cuando llegamos no tenían disponible un cuarto con 2 camas que fue lo que reservamos, así que nos cambiaron a un cuarto con una cama king y un sofá cama, ibamos 3 personas así que no tuvimos problema pero si hubiéramos sido 4 no hubiera funcionado. A veces no salía agua caliente de al regadera, creo que esa fue la peor parte. Tampoco salía fría, salía apenas tibia. Lo mejor fue la cama, el tamaño de la habitación y el desayuno. El trato de los empleados muy bueno.

Habitacion MUY pero MUY descuidada. Sucia por todos lados. Paredes sin pintar. Poca iluminacion. Con olor a grasa.

No, En especifico una recepcionista bastante despota, que parecia que te estaba haciendo el favor en atenderte. Le pedi que me diera la habitación antes, porque el viaje habia sido largo, le pagaba la diferencia, hasta la noche adicional. Tenia habitaciones disponibles y aun asi me hizo esperar 5 horas, hasta que fui mas firme y le dije que necesitaba la habitación, solo asi me la dio.
