Great value, located at New Bagan but not far from the old Bagan. Room is good size and friendly staff. They gave water in reusable bottles which is green and have water at lobby for refill and hot water for tea and coffee. Restaurants are nearby and nice roof top for breakfast. Breakfast buffet has limited choices but I would not complain with the given room price, a good deal.

The view was incredible!!! We loved watching the sun rise and set from the rooftop! The staff are so kind and helpful! We enjoyed our breakfast! Wonderful omelets! The area had many amazing restaurants! We bicycled and E-biked to the glorious pagodas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Spacious bathroom with nice amenities. Slightly isolated location. Limited breakfast buffet offer (mainly local food) on the rooftop open air restaurant. Nice pool across the street (that hotel guests can use it for free). Also a very nice restaurant by the pool with superb tasty national and international menu.

I found the staff very helpful overall. They arrange for a taxi to pick me up early from the bus station and allowed me to check in early so that I could get some sleep before heading out later that morning. Some rooms do not have a view, so if you wish one you need to ask specifically. There were only two little points that I would like to mention. The rooftop breakfast area is not so big, so when there is a party of tourists its hard to find a table to eat at.

We took the overnight bus to Bagan and it was really nice to be able to check in at 6am to wash up. The view on the roof top was also nice, we just stood there for sunrise and the hot air balloons. Right beside the hotel, there's a couple who rent good condition e-bike at 6000kyat per bike for whole day (return at 7pm) which was a real good deal. Breakfast was a little too oily for me but still tasty. Room was spacious. We prefer the 1st floor room as compared to 3rd floor. The 3rd floor room is older.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It is near to main road where there are many restaurants. From the rooftop restaurant, you can see the balloons being launched just before sunrise. And then have breakfast after. Breakfast is good with a decent spread. Comes with egg station. Though the staff cooking didn't speak much she had pictures and was super accommodating. The reception also had tours, balloon rides and e-bikes for rental though we did not make use of the services. ATM just outside and a money changer opposite. All the roads are quite sandy during dry season so wearing sandals is a good idea

The location of the hotel is good....Not far from the pagodas and several restaurants nearby.....The staff were all friendly and smiled more than people in Mandalay....The room was clean with plenty of room....The bathroom was large. Beware of the hot water in the bathroom. Each room has its own hot water heater and the water was very very hot.....They have a rooftop restaurant and bar....The free breakfast was very good....They will cook the eggs the way you want them including an omelet. They have a happy hour at the bar, 2 for 1. You can watch the balloons go by while having breakfast...I would stay here again...

An absolutely brilliant hotel which matched the beauty and serenity of the surrounding area of Bagan. I couldn't speak highly enough of this hotel, the managment were truly special. Nothing was too much for them, helping out organising our onward travel at the very last moment. The rooms were amazing, big, open and spacious with a very modern and clean bathroom. The hotel restaurant was very tasty serving high quality food at great prices.The breakfast buffet was also delicious and amply stocked. Yet the biggest selling point and what made the hotel so special was the rooftop bar with a 360 degree view of Bagan that was truly breathtaking! Bagan will always be a special place and Bagan View made it that little bit more special.

I initially booked 3 months in advance for a four persons room. However, they only set up an extra fourth bed when I arrived at 8 pm and they gave the excuse; “we didn’t check our records correctly.” Not only that, while setting up, I told one of the staff members where to put the bed and the older, middle aged man replied crudely. Despite the rocky start, the rest of the staff members, namely the concierge, kitchen staff and the chauffeur from the hotel had good service skills.

I love everything thing about this new hotel. The location was perfect. The rooftop breakfast has a great variety of western and local foods. Great views!!! Very clean rooms and very gracious staff. I would definitely go back. Only minor request would like face towels.

Well this is a good hotel located relatively in short distance from all the major attractions Bagan has to offer. However, during my stay I did encounter a few issues that made me give this property a pleasing rate. The staff is very polite and courteous but their English speaking skills need to be improved. Only one girl (May Mia Kyaw) spoke decent English and works hard to understand and help you as much as possible. One member pretended as if he understood my request and did the exact opposite of what I asked. For my two night stay, they changed my room after first night. The WiFi connection in rooms is slow and intermittent. Had to ask the staff to reset the modem in my area to get the internet back. Also the TV channels in English is only limited to one or two. But you might end up spending the time outside anyways.
