酒店整體都好，外型、清潔，但廁所洗澡去水有塞的情況，最差係供水不穩定，不論冷熱水都時大時細，洗澡不可能用花灑，因水細到沖唔到，還好有一個水龍頭要痞係度洗澡，所以廁所一定要改善。自助早餐在頂樓很舒服，有熱有冷足夠飽肚，天氣好還可以睇到熱氣球滿天。頂樓晚上餐廳食物可以價錢合理。大堂可幫忙訂船及車，有免費單車可用，員工很幫手，還有咖啡、奶茶、餅仔任取。若廁所改善這間酒店係來蒲甘不二之選。

酒店位置不错 房间也可以 很清洁，床很舒服 ，也有一般的老问题，在洗手间没有可以放衣服的椅子也没有可以挂毛巾的挂钩 用完的毛巾 不知往哪里放，可是电梯还没装好 要走四层楼梯到天台用早餐 ，早餐还是可以的，电视没有外国频道 所以是完全没用的。设备有改进的必要

Everything new. Especially the staff are very nice and warm.
We arrive at early morning and they allow us to do early check in. Also allow we have a shower after check out. Must stay here again when I back.

Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Spacious bathroom with nice amenities. Slightly isolated location. Limited breakfast buffet offer (mainly local food) on the rooftop open air restaurant. Nice pool across the street (that hotel guests can use it for free). Also a very nice restaurant by the pool with superb tasty national and international menu.

Great value, located at New Bagan but not far from the old Bagan. Room is good size and friendly staff. They gave water in reusable bottles which is green and have water at lobby for refill and hot water for tea and coffee. Restaurants are nearby and nice roof top for breakfast. Breakfast buffet has limited choices but I would not complain with the given room price, a good deal.

The view was incredible!!! We loved watching the sun rise and set from the rooftop! The staff are so kind and helpful! We enjoyed our breakfast! Wonderful omelets! The area had many amazing restaurants! We bicycled and E-biked to the glorious pagodas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I found the staff very helpful overall. They arrange for a taxi to pick me up early from the bus station and allowed me to check in early so that I could get some sleep before heading out later that morning.
Some rooms do not have a view, so if you wish one you need to ask specifically. There were only two little points that I would like to mention. The rooftop breakfast area is not so big, so when there is a party of tourists its hard to find a table to eat at.

방음 안되는 거 빼고 전체적으로 엄청 만족합니다. 루프탑 뷰, 조식도 괜찮고 방과 화장실 상태도 깨끗해요. 우선 숙소가 진짜 예쁩니다. 외관 내부 다 잘해놨어요. 그리고 그 전 숙소에서는 자전거를 오천짯에 빌렸는데 여기는 free예요.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Personal war immer aufmerksam und hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbufett war sehr, sehr gut und immer reichlich Auswahl. Die Aussicht vom Dach war Hammer, erst der tolle Sonnenaufgang, dann flog ein Heißluftballon nach dem anderen über uns hinweg - wirklich unglaublich. Da stieg die Vorfreude unseres Fluges am nächsten Tag:)
E-Bikes kann man hier auch mieten, wobei wir diese zu alt für den Festpreis von 8000 Kyat fanden und das Hotel leider nur noch zwei statt drei Helme zu Verfügung hatte. Wir haben aber den Nachtbus nach Kalaw mit ihrer Hilfe direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ohne Aufpreis buchen können und bei Fragen haben sie uns kompetent beraten und Tipps gegeben. Unsere Backpacks durften wir am Abreisetag stehen lassen und uns sogar (auf Nachfrage) mit frischen Handtüchern duschen. Ich persönlich habe mich auch über die Kaffee- und Teestation gefreut und diese oft genutzt. Alles in einem: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke!

We took the overnight bus to Bagan and it was really nice to be able to check in at 6am to wash up. The view on the roof top was also nice, we just stood there for sunrise and the hot air balloons.
Right beside the hotel, there's a couple who rent good condition e-bike at 6000kyat per bike for whole day (return at 7pm) which was a real good deal.
Breakfast was a little too oily for me but still tasty. Room was spacious. We prefer the 1st floor room as compared to 3rd floor. The 3rd floor room is older.
