Absolutely loved this boutique Hotel Love the atmosphere, the decor, friendly staff, amazing interior designs. Breakfast was excellent Love the tea cappuccino maker that was available 24/7 for free. Dinner was fantastic: wonderful food with great presentation and amazing taste. This is a great property, one of a kind with a colourful and unique style. Lighting is soft and cozy. We love the bathtub and the beds and linen were top notch. Hotel is a short walk to the train station making travel simple. We will definitely be coming back as this will be our go to place in order to travel throughout Holland. Had a wonderful experience.

Unique boutique hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful. Have a coffee machine in the lobby that’s 24/7. That was nice. Hotel was very comfortable, bed was great, fab sheets and pillows and towels. They gave you robes. One complaint - the entire hotel could have been cleaner. The stairs had a stepped on cracker with lots of crumbs, it sat there for our 3 day stay. The corners of the hotel are dusty. The tables in the bar could have been wiped more. But overall I would stay here again. It’s in a quiet street a 5 min walk to train station.

Good hotel. The reason for the lower score was the bathroom arrangement. The sink is retrofitted into some old furniture and it sprays water everywhere when it’s used. There isn’t a suitable mirror for shaving. The shower leaks water right across the room to the toilet. The whole room gets wet and dirty. Breakfast was by far the best part of the stay. Excellent chef cooked items to order and a good selection of other items. We ordered a number of upgrades and extras from the emails the hotel sent, but none of them were provided (or charged for, so we didn’t mind too much).

The hotel is located in a convenient neighborhood, close to the train station and just a few minutes' easy walk to Haarlem’s Grote Markt. The staff are very welcoming, breakfast is enjoyable, and the all-day coffee and tea service is a nice bonus. The room design has a modern style that feels slightly dated, and I did notice a bit of dust on the bedside table. The common areas are beautifully decorated and inviting. Overall, a very nice stay — with a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning, it could be even better.

We liked the playful decor. The location near the train station was perfect. The staff were obliging. Coffee, tea and snacks were included. The room was spacious with an excellent bed and a fridge. Robes and slippers were provided. The steep stairs were a challenge, even though staff carried our luggage up and down. One pays that price for staying in charming historic buildings.

Very unique and quirky property! A VERY firm bed. It was kind of hard. A big TV is on a stand at the foot of your bed. I would not have wanted to try to find a toilet in the dark in thereThe shower was open make sure you are comfortable with your travelling partner because they will see all your bits!!. The check was not as smooth as hoped, the desk clerk was unclear in regards to the parking and made it a bit of a challenge to figure out what to do. Basically you're in a parking garage about block or so away from the hotel. A reservation for parking needs to be made ahead of time so you can save on some of the cost. More than 50%. Haarlem is beautiful!!
