Absolutely loved this boutique Hotel Love the atmosphere, the decor, friendly staff, amazing interior designs. Breakfast was excellent Love the tea cappuccino maker that was available 24/7 for free. Dinner was fantastic: wonderful food with great presentation and amazing taste. This is a great property, one of a kind with a colourful and unique style. Lighting is soft and cozy. We love the bathtub and the beds and linen were top notch. Hotel is a short walk to the train station making travel simple. We will definitely be coming back as this will be our go to place in order to travel throughout Holland. Had a wonderful experience.

Unique boutique hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful. Have a coffee machine in the lobby that’s 24/7. That was nice. Hotel was very comfortable, bed was great, fab sheets and pillows and towels. They gave you robes. One complaint - the entire hotel could have been cleaner. The stairs had a stepped on cracker with lots of crumbs, it sat there for our 3 day stay. The corners of the hotel are dusty. The tables in the bar could have been wiped more. But overall I would stay here again. It’s in a quiet street a 5 min walk to train station.

Good hotel. The reason for the lower score was the bathroom arrangement. The sink is retrofitted into some old furniture and it sprays water everywhere when it’s used. There isn’t a suitable mirror for shaving. The shower leaks water right across the room to the toilet. The whole room gets wet and dirty. Breakfast was by far the best part of the stay. Excellent chef cooked items to order and a good selection of other items. We ordered a number of upgrades and extras from the emails the hotel sent, but none of them were provided (or charged for, so we didn’t mind too much).

Sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel in stadtnaher Lage mit freundlichem und immer hilfsbereitem Personal. Eine sichere Parkgarage und der Bahnhof liegen in nächster Nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Kleine, aber feine Speisekarte - ausreichende Auswahl beim Frühstück. Einziger Nachteil: kein Aufzug und recht steile Treppen (das sollte man vorher bedenken). Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage: nah am Bahnhof von wo man soviel entdecken kann. Außerdem ist der Nationalpark auch nicht weit. Und die Innenstadt auch. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite, sie war sehr schön eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: sie ist sehr dunkel und das Licht Konzept ist seltsam. Entweder total hell oder gar nichts.

Prima ontvangen. We waren een uur eerder bij het hotel en we wilden onze koffer achterlaten. Maar de kamer was al gereed dus dat was wel fijn. Aardige gastvrouw behulpzaam en gaf ons tips om te gaan doen in de stad. Het ontbijt was ook prima genoeg aanbod en lekker vers. Kamer was prima alleen het gat boven de wc deur zou wel dicht mogen. Voor de rest prima een prima kamer.

The hotel is located in a convenient neighborhood, close to the train station and just a few minutes' easy walk to Haarlem’s Grote Markt. The staff are very welcoming, breakfast is enjoyable, and the all-day coffee and tea service is a nice bonus. The room design has a modern style that feels slightly dated, and I did notice a bit of dust on the bedside table. The common areas are beautifully decorated and inviting. Overall, a very nice stay — with a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning, it could be even better.

Prima ontvangen. We waren een uur eerder bij het hotel en we wilden onze koffer achterlaten. Maar de kamer was al gereed dus dat was wel fijn. Aardige gastvrouw behulpzaam en gaf ons tips om te gaan doen in de stad. Het ontbijt was ook prima genoeg aanbod en lekker vers. Kamer was prima alleen het gat boven de wc deur zou wel dicht mogen. Voor de rest prima een prima kamer.

Lovely staff. Yummy breakfast. Near train station on quiet residential street. Charming, bold interior. Comfy bed. Perfect for a stay in Haarlem or as an alternative to Amsterdam for lodgings in the Randstad.

The hotel is located in a convenient neighborhood, close to the train station and just a few minutes' easy walk to Haarlem’s Grote Markt. The staff are very welcoming, breakfast is enjoyable, and the all-day coffee and tea service is a nice bonus. The room design has a modern style that feels slightly dated, and I did notice a bit of dust on the bedside table. The common areas are beautifully decorated and inviting. Overall, a very nice stay — with a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning, it could be even better.
