*So* handy to the airport (use doors A or B on ground level to head for the hotel). The high-tech room was fun, and despite facing the runways, completely quiet. Really enjoyed the breakfast, and overall vibe.

CitizenM was amaze-balls! Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was super comfortable and modern. I will definitely stay again. Location was great. I was able to walk right back over to Schipol and take the train to city centre for 5.60euro

I love this hotel. Technology of checking in and the room itself is so cool. The shower is very good with high pressure. The beds are comfy. Walkable to airport. We stayed here every time when we have an overnight in Amsterdam.

Absolutely amazing price and convenience for overnight hotel stay five minutes to the door of the terminal three entrance 12 minutes to the Klm chicken counter absolutely fabulous. The food of dinner was good. Breakfast was quite acceptable and very dynamic. The rooms are very small but a great drawer and amazing engineering. We had two large suitcases and two medium suitcases and just barely fit opening them up but was very comfortable, but technology was great really fun with different colors of lights really cool shower. It’s $100 less than the sheraton which is two minutes closer breakfast was cheap at the CitizenM. It was $57 at the Sheraton. Absolutely a great place to stay.

The hotel is good, however the room was so small with closed windows (you are unable to open the windows) which was not ideal as I am claustrophobic. It is a good solution for a 1 night , however we stayed 2 nights and we could have selected better our hotel. Excellent transport options - bus in front of the hotel straight to Central Amsterdam and direct bus to Keukenhof park.

While the hotel is within the airport area, it is NOT in the airport. Transfer to hotel requires wheelchair support for people with disabilities such as myself. Furthermore, the path to hotel is outside and the pavements are uneven with ups and downs making it hard to reach the hotel when you have disabilities. The shower dis not have an antislip mat. The shower doors were very heavy to close for me and the shower does not start unless the doors are closed. The bed was highly unaccessible for me as it does not have side space. The sodas at the bar store were warm not cold and prices were higher than airport. For a person with limited mobility this is a problem. The staff are kind and nice and that was the only goos thing about this hotel.
