Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Zevenbergen-Moerdijk

Staff were lovely, entire hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms were also very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable.

 To be honest, I was merely transiting: arriving late from a concert and leaving early to take part in an UltraMarathon. For me the biggest appeal was the price, which was reasonable when others in the area were overpriced, and the fact that Fletcher had a 24-hour front desk, which others in the area did not.

 But immediately after I made my reservation, Fletcher sent me a message saying 

“In order to provide you with optimal service and to inform you directly about your stay, we kindly ask you to confirm your email address. Click on the link below”

 This seemed like a reasonable request, so I complied. 

Fletcher then proceeded to send me six emails before my stay, all of which were written in Dutch, which I do not speak, and were simply marketing - nothing specifically relevant to my stay that was not covered in the original confirmation from Hotels.com. 
Very annoying. Finally, two days before e my stay, they suddenly began to send me emails in English… and more useful ones that offered the chance to book extras such as breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no information in the email (or on the website) about when breakfast service started, so given that I needed to leave early - I could not book. 

After the English language breakfast email, the Dutch marketing resumed.
 
And then another English email, making it nine in total. This avalanche of spam makes me unlikely to stay with them again.

No air con or fridge in room. A bottle of chilled tap water from the machine was almost €5.

Short stay so just expected a good night’s sleep, which we didn’t get due to hot room, uncomfortable bed and smoking outside the room. Shame as nice hotel otherwise.

Nice staff, good sized rooms

The location of the property is convenient for me. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. It was a pleasant stay and met my expectations.

Lovely stay. Great hotel and helpful service.

Hotel receptionist was very rude. Staff not friendly. Room was full of damp due to a burst sewer pipe. Leaking shower. Broken door to the outside patio area. Dogs barking in the rooms next door. Breakfast was bland and boring. DONT STAY HERE.

The area and car park is very safe and quiet staff are great ...I always stay and travel from there .

Perfect, just a short walk in to town

Hotel was just conveniently positioned. Staff very disinterested and the facilities just ok and basic. Ok for a night.

Nice check in and breakfast area. Room needs a little uplift. Good breakfast buffet. Should stay open till 10 am

Very friendly welcome . Two hours early but staff ensured room was cleaned early and allowed in. Positioned away from main road so quiet . No noise between rooms and felt a quality stay. Security gave confidence and taxi next day allowed to park at front exit. Morning food , t was very good quality and soon as coffee machine did not work , nice staff resolved problem straight away. Hotel close to super area of shops and places to eat at night. Super quality experience of this countries care for visitors. Go to this venue with confidence ! Andrew Gray. MD apco wholesale..

Very nice hotel with great staff ...I won't stay anywhere else ...my van is also safe and it's on main route to Germany Swiss . Smoking rooms if hotel full are not smelly as you would expect very clean and tidy ... Just booking another night
