フレッチャー ホテル - レストラン ゼベンベルゲン モルデイク

Accueil sympathique avec toutes les informations nécessaires, chambres confortables, propres, salle de bain spacieuse, petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Parking en suffisance. Même si on ne les a pas utilisés vu la météo, les aménagements extérieurs doivent être agréables en été. Le seul bémol est qu'il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, sans possibilité de baisser la température (il n'y avait pas de thermostat).

Fletcher hotel de bonne qualité, propre et service impeccable

Alleen overnacht. De kamers waren veel te warm en de badkamer was een sauna. Niet om uit te houden.

Prima hotel, weinig op of aan te merken. Kamer was wel erg warm, vooral snachts

-Hotel is OK as state, maintenance, room size -Big free car park, and bicycle parking -situated outside Zzvenbergen town, isolated Weak point: -No air conditioning; it ca get very unconfortable especially in rooms having the sun in the afternoon -If ambient temperatures are above 22°, in can be hard; otherwise, the hotel can be OK. -No fridge in the room, not even a water bottle, which should be a common thing for 4-star hotels.... -I was in may Fletcher hotels (and in countless 4-star hotels around the world), but this lack of A/C makes it one of the poorest I know.

Sehr gutes Hotel für Radreisende mit großer, nachts gesicherter Radscheune (Lademöglichkeiten). Gute Restaurantleistungen, gutes Frühstück (Fletscher-Standard).

Staff were lovely, entire hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms were also very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable.

 To be honest, I was merely transiting: arriving late from a concert and leaving early to take part in an UltraMarathon. For me the biggest appeal was the price, which was reasonable when others in the area were overpriced, and the fact that Fletcher had a 24-hour front desk, which others in the area did not.

 But immediately after I made my reservation, Fletcher sent me a message saying 

“In order to provide you with optimal service and to inform you directly about your stay, we kindly ask you to confirm your email address. Click on the link below”

 This seemed like a reasonable request, so I complied. 

Fletcher then proceeded to send me six emails before my stay, all of which were written in Dutch, which I do not speak, and were simply marketing - nothing specifically relevant to my stay that was not covered in the original confirmation from Hotels.com. 
Very annoying. Finally, two days before e my stay, they suddenly began to send me emails in English… and more useful ones that offered the chance to book extras such as breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no information in the email (or on the website) about when breakfast service started, so given that I needed to leave early - I could not book. 

After the English language breakfast email, the Dutch marketing resumed.
 
And then another English email, making it nine in total. This avalanche of spam makes me unlikely to stay with them again.

No air con or fridge in room. A bottle of chilled tap water from the machine was almost €5.

One room was reasonably ok, other room was to hot. Apparently some heating pipes under the floor made the (bath)room toasty. Beds in both rooms to soft and to low.

I did expect little more from a 4 star hotel, but this one is old, you can see every where, especially in bathroom.

Pas eu besoin de payer en avance pour réserver, après la visite d’Amsterdam, on a pu passer la nuit dans cet hotel que j’ai trouvé super sympa! Les notes en parlent!

Short stay so just expected a good night’s sleep, which we didn’t get due to hot room, uncomfortable bed and smoking outside the room. Shame as nice hotel otherwise.

Vriendelijk personeel

Eski demode bir otel. Yenilenmeye modernleşmeye ihtiyacı var. Otopark ve kahvaltı iyiydi.

Zimmer, Bad waren in guten Zustand, die Kopfkissen waren mir zu weich...

Rustige omgeving. Hal en restaurant wat donker. Kamer prima. Ontbijt goed.
