Good nights sleep. Professional service. No complaints

Rooms were very very small. Shower door awful. Didn’t cover the water spray. Shower was so small you could not turn around. Property was awful.

Don't be fooled by the pictures advertising this hotel. We booked for 4 nights but left after two. Dirty, incredibly small, tiny beds, toilet so small as to be unusable. Room smelled of damp, hardly surprising given the shower door leaks all over the floor. Good location and staff were helpful. No tea or coffee making facilities within the room, just communal ones in the reception area. Sadly a waste of money on an epic scale.

Our view is beautiful, facing the canal. The room is decent and clean. Just so hard to climb 3 plight of stairs with luggages. Location is the best!

Stay was horrible. Room had mold and was dirty. The room flooded our last night. Completely soaked the floor with muddy water. Suitcases ruined. Several pairs of shoes and electronics (air pods and laptop) ruined. No offer to reimburse. They moved us to another room but did not even offer to help us clean up and move all of the clothes that were wet and muddy. They laundered some but not all came clean. They gave us clothes back wet and smelly to travel back with wet muddy clothes. Horrible stay.

The room was dirty and mattresses were full of fabric peel you could feel through the sheets. One of the mattress covers was yellow stained from whatever. The fans didn’t work neither did the bathroom mirror light. The location was great but rooms need uptating.

Wanted to stay one short night before we headed to the airport on next day. As I got to the hotel early, room wasn’t ready but I was expected. I left my luggage by the counter where there is no separate area for keeping. Lobby was very tiny. I should have checked my room but I was rush to get out to enjoy my time here in Amsterdam. Hotel has no elevator so I was just hoping I would not get high floor. When I came back at night, staff showed me room is located basement. That is right, I said BASEMENT. In fact, they advertise as one family room is basement which I wasn't aware. Because it located in half basement when you open the windows it levels as ground where I see all stuff pilings at the back of property and it stinks and I didn't feel safe. I was asking to cancel and refund but my request was denied. Hotel staff wasn't handling situation correctly he just push me to talk to his boss by myself.

Pretty simple hotel with enough room to move around. Nice and clean.

Property has very steep staircase to get to and from the rooms. Very small bathroom

The front staff was very helpful. No issues checking in. Our room was clean, cozy and had a private bathroom

Quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff was great, as were the rooms. I'd recommend a room with a balcony if available. It was an easy walk anywhere in the City. Heads up--the stairs sure are steep lol!

We were given a room in the 4th floor with no elevator! The stairs were very hard to use and dangerous especially with luggage. It's very hard to move your luggage with stairs! The heater in the room stopped working in the middle of the night and we were freezing during the night. Overall, it was one of my worst experiences.

Great hotel, price is so good and the location is very central. The staff are super helpful and we had a great stay!

it was good for a trip with friends, The only comment is that the toilet in the room was very small and once you go in you had to leave the door open as it it very small..

This is an awful little hotel in a great location. The noise level on two nights was so loud I was unable to sleep till 5am one night and 3am the next. People talking, and partying all night. Loud music. The staircase was so scary steep, I thought I was training for the Olympics. The shower did not drain, water went onto the floor. The staff downstairs did not seem to care.

I liked the area around the hotel.but its very very loud and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.the smallest hotel rooms i have ever been to.and for that price you dont get much,just the location.its good for young people who can sleep fast at night.and the staircases are the steepest i have ever seen in a hotel.very dangerous, so its not for elderly guests.and no lift!the staff is friendly, the cleanliness in the hotel is not the best! i wont come again.sorry
