Good nights sleep. Professional service. No complaints

Rooms were very very small. Shower door awful. Didn’t cover the water spray. Shower was so small you could not turn around. Property was awful.

Bon accueil. La chambre pour toi était vraiment petite. Porte de douche absente. Mais il est situé là où il faut. Et rien que pour ça, ça rattrape tout !

Don't be fooled by the pictures advertising this hotel. We booked for 4 nights but left after two. Dirty, incredibly small, tiny beds, toilet so small as to be unusable. Room smelled of damp, hardly surprising given the shower door leaks all over the floor. Good location and staff were helpful. No tea or coffee making facilities within the room, just communal ones in the reception area. Sadly a waste of money on an epic scale.

Da vi ankom til hotellet, var personalet meget venlige og informerede os om at parkering ved hotellet var meget dyr. De henviste os til et Q-park parkeringshus 4 km væk med instruktioner om hvordan vi kunne komme tilbage med tram. Værelserne var nydelige og rene og sengene var behagelige at ligge i. Hvis man nyder at være tæt på sine naboer og ønsker en autentisk Amsterdam oplevelse, bliver det næsten ikke bedre end her. Trapperne er meget smalle og stejle og der er ikke elevator. Man kan dog også høre sine naboerne gennem vægge og døre. Du kan næsten ikke få et hotel der ligger mere centralt og alting ligger tæt på. Derfor tilbyder de ikke morgenmad eller andet på hotellet. Super sted til at opbevarer sine ting, gå i bad og sove om natten, resten skal du finde ude i byen.

Hotel in guter Lage. Sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Friendly staff.

Our view is beautiful, facing the canal. The room is decent and clean. Just so hard to climb 3 plight of stairs with luggages. Location is the best!

Stay was horrible. Room had mold and was dirty. The room flooded our last night. Completely soaked the floor with muddy water. Suitcases ruined. Several pairs of shoes and electronics (air pods and laptop) ruined. No offer to reimburse. They moved us to another room but did not even offer to help us clean up and move all of the clothes that were wet and muddy. They laundered some but not all came clean. They gave us clothes back wet and smelly to travel back with wet muddy clothes. Horrible stay.

The room was dirty and mattresses were full of fabric peel you could feel through the sheets. One of the mattress covers was yellow stained from whatever. The fans didn’t work neither did the bathroom mirror light. The location was great but rooms need uptating.

Wanted to stay one short night before we headed to the airport on next day. As I got to the hotel early, room wasn’t ready but I was expected. I left my luggage by the counter where there is no separate area for keeping. Lobby was very tiny. I should have checked my room but I was rush to get out to enjoy my time here in Amsterdam. Hotel has no elevator so I was just hoping I would not get high floor. When I came back at night, staff showed me room is located basement. That is right, I said BASEMENT. In fact, they advertise as one family room is basement which I wasn't aware. Because it located in half basement when you open the windows it levels as ground where I see all stuff pilings at the back of property and it stinks and I didn't feel safe. I was asking to cancel and refund but my request was denied. Hotel staff wasn't handling situation correctly he just push me to talk to his boss by myself.

Pretty simple hotel with enough room to move around. Nice and clean.

The front staff was very helpful. No issues checking in. Our room was clean, cozy and had a private bathroom
