I am not impressed with the check-in for this hotel. And the room is not suitable in comparison to the price Because when I booked my room through the Agent I didn't say I had to pay city taxes (so I had to pay an additional city taxes of about 17 euros at check-in) and the staff took my credit card to swipe it without my permission. When booking, I was told that I would like to have a double room but the actual room is a twin room. The room that I stayed at the usb port is defective. Borrowing the phone charger with the staff must have a 20 euro deposit so I feel that the hotel staff are not welcome. My use of the service is therefore not advisable to stay in this hotel.

1. When booking the app, I didn't state that I have to pay additional City taxes. 2. Reserve a Double bedroom, but get a Twin bedroom. 3. Borrow the Adapter, have to pay a deposit as well. Before coming to Amsterdam I went to Vienna, Budapest and Prague first. Impressed by staying at hotels in all 3 countries, never thinking of the worst event with a hotel stay in Amsterdam. However, when comparing the room price with the service I felt that it was the worst hotel stay on this trip.

It was a great stay during my last trip in Europe, the room is clean and new. The downside is that they don’t have a closet or hook to hang your jacket, also there is none trash bin inside the room (only small one at the toilet)
