Excellent environment, kind staff, near many museum.

The room is small and cozy. No other facilities in hotel but what you need are all in room. The staffs are very friendly to give me what I need. Location is also perfect, especially if you would like to drink in the night. The last, the room was not very clean underneth of beds, there were some rubbish, but we still had a good stay.

Very nice hotel

Nice staff ! Just the original room a bit small, but we are able upgrade to a room with more space for luggage and movement.

Walkable distance to all attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and they were happy to accept our requests. The room was clean and tidy. There was a speaker in the room which you can enjoy some music during the stay. However the room was a bit small, we could barely open our 2 big suitcases.

a stylish designed hotel, friendly staff, close to many museums, few minutes walk from airport shuttle bus stop and tram station which is so convenient, there's a supermarket right next to it as well. The bed is super comfy and i love the nespresso in our room so much! Highly recommended for everyone!

超级推荐，位置很不错，离主要博物馆近，每天都走路去市中心，工作人员也很好，几乎每天都留暖心的小纸条和巧克力，有空调，性价比很高～

Wasn't sure if they had breakfast but the hotel was fine. Would stay again if the price was right

Chambre avec de la poussiere et de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les recouches netaient pas vien faite : lit a moitier fait, absence de tapis de bain... Nous sommes tres déçue de la prestation de l'hotel.

Everything was clean and the view from the room was nice!

Hoteleingangstür wird NICHT automatisch geöffnet. Besonders Nachts nicht so toll. Die Zimmer waren etwas zu dunkel. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzen, mein Aufenthalt war einwandfrei. Komme gerne jederzeit wieder. Freue mich auf das nächste Mal! :-)

Great location for visiting the popular sights. The room was quite clean but ridiculously HOT. Even turning off the heat, it was uncomfortable. The wifi was intermittent. The breakfast was very good and the staff was super helpful..

Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with everything we needed. Everything was very clean and we had no issues at all.

The construction around the hotel is inconvenient as well as the location of my room. The room numbers are confusing, and I had to take stairs to my room, which was not fun to do with all my luggage. Also, the front desk person would not really pay attention to the door as we had to be buzzed in there was a time that we waited for about 1520 minutes to get in

The night staff at the check in reception is absolutely fantastic friendly, they did everything to provide a comfortable space for the customers. Definitely recommended.

Clean room, personal very kind, the area was perfect, easy to walk around. Excellent dtay at the hotel. I recommand highly!

Nice property and good area near accessible things and sites but room itself had no iron and ironing board, no fridge, and no food other than breakfast.

Room was a good size but bathroom had a musty smell. USB charging ports didn't work. No vending machines. Breakfast was minimal and expensive. Staff was pleasant but seemingly unable to provide solutions for issues. Very close to Leidesplein.
