A nice hotel and close to everything. The hotel has bike rentals, which was very convenient. Staff overall is very friendly. Only had 1 elevator working the entire 5 days so at times it was a long wait. Breakfast is not worth €20. Checking out took way longer than it should have. I think the desk clerk was sleeping so had to wait 10 minutes, then they couldn’t figure out my card on the system to charge. Besides that it was a great time and nice hotel to stay.

Great hotel close to the train station and local busses. We were in a suite and it was spacious with views of Amersfoort. 10 minute walk to Amersfoort city center. Bed was comfy, shower and jacuzzi very nice. Only downside was the room wasn’t the cleanest, a trapped on cookie on the carpet that obviously wasn’t vacuumed with crumbs everywhere. Hair dryer broken. A fluke I assume. But would stay again regardless.

We got to the hotel early so left our bags until 3pm check in. Once we got to our room, the bathroom had not been cleaned or even touched. Called reception who said they would send cleaner. 5 min later we got call to come to reception and they would give us a new room. Got our luggage went down from floor 10 to find out the new room was 2 doors down on floor 10. Better communication would have been good. The new room was dusty and needed a deep clean. Only one pillow per side provided (other room 2 pillows). One elevator only working so long waits. The elevator looked likes it had not been cleaned for a long time.

The toilet seat was broken when we arrived stayed 6 nights but no one ever came to fix it. Kinda sad that for a nice hotel they have no maintenance staff. No compensation was offered for us having to deal with this issue. It’s like they didn’t care.

Great location and the suite we booked was lovely but having to constantly ask for the room to be made up and fresh towels/more coffee etc wasn’t ideal however overall it suited our needs

excellent hotel - staff were friendly, warm, helpful. The hotel is spotless! very clean, lots of amenities. The location is great for walking or biking to the main part of Amersfoort. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area!
