駅からは近いが、エントランスはわかりずらかったです。中はコンパクト使いやすいです。 ショッピングモールの中にあり、街中にも近くとても便利です

Close to city center. Easy access to the station. Staffs are very helpful.

駅からもアクセスがよく、買い物にも便利。ホテル前は大きなバス停があるのも便利でした。

Great location and the suite we booked was lovely but having to constantly ask for the room to be made up and fresh towels/more coffee etc wasn’t ideal however overall it suited our needs

El hotel en general esta bien, centrico y con estacion de tren cerca, la zona del hotel se siente segura y es silenciosa, el personal en general es agradable aunque me cobraron 2 veces la tasa turistica y el recepcionista no sabia explicar, solo cobrar, gracias a expedia pude reclamar mi dinero y me lo devolvieron. El pueblo es precioso ,nada masificado y acojedor

Booked two separate nights in this hotel this week via hotels.com - only one of the nights shows in the history of my user account of hotels.com. Unclear why the other doesn't show at all and isn't counted into the rewards programme either. The rooms were good, but pretty dusty around furniture. Extra charges debited from account that were not authorised and front desk could not explain. Happened before and was resolved back then, but takes time to resolve and is simply unprofessional. Also no commercial effort (e.g. future free stay or discount) was volunteered by way of apology. On an unrelated note a wooden lounge chair in the coffee area of the conference floor broke while i was sitting on it on 14 Nov 24. Staff was standing nearby and were quick to inquire if help was needed and cleared the broken chair away immediately.

Nette kamer en goede service. Wel herrie ondanks de ramen dicht zijn. Maarja is een stad dus is niets aan te doen.

Jammer dat sommige personeelsleden alleen Engels spraken. Snap dat dat handig is voor buitelandse gasten. Maar als Nederlander in Nederland?

Clean and modern in a good location. Train station not too far away and ten minute walk to restaurants. Would recommend.

My reservation had breakfast included. Everytime I went to have breakfast they said that my name was not on the list. When I asked a lady from the front desk to help me solve this problem she gave me an email adress so I could complain. The last thing I want while on vacation is to be writing emails to complain about something I have already paid for.

Great place clean and close to restaurants

Albergo con una buona posizione, pulito, ottima pressione dell'acqua, e nessuna ostruzione nello scarico (anche se è un 4 stelle non è così scontato che sia tutto efficiente) personale gentile, colazione abbondante. Unica pecca: dopo 3 giorni ancora non era stata effettuata la ricarica per il bagnoschiuma e aspetto decisamente non tollerabile l'illuminazione nel bagno era alquanto insufficiente.
