Mövenpick Hotel The Hague

Central location on quiet street by Noordeinde palace. Paid extra for a “suite” but it was just a small room with bed and small sofa (though large balcony), not what I expected. Breakfast is good but sometimes very crowded. Staff pleasant but couldn’t seem to sort simple things like broken fridge or whether booking included breakfast. Most worryingly, my personal details weren’t kept secure - I received a scam telephone call to my room who had my full name, information which only the hotel knew, which I found very scary.

Amazing hotel. Very quiet and modern. The service staff was super polite and helpful. Huge spacious room with comfortable bed and really nice shower. Had an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe, which was perfect - I could iron my dress before attending a wedding as a guest.

The room we were given was next to the lift. I was assured that we would not hear the lift, but I could hear it all through the night, disturbing my sleep. I parked at 3pm in the afternoon using the hotel car park. I had hoped to stay in the car park for 24 hrs so I could visit museums after I had checked out but was told I had to remove my car. The car park was not full. Seemed unnecessary to make me move the car - parking was not cheap!

Very nice hotel, the room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent and dressing gown was provided but no slippers. My one criticism of the room was both the bathroom and bedroom could do with more hooks to hang your coat or towel.

Highly recommend this smart hotel. Centrally located near Noordeinde Palace on a quiet street. My room was huge and the bathroom (bath and separate shower) was vast! Very impressed with eco approach - no plastic anywhere (even a paper laundry bag). Great buffet breakfast with lovely staff.

A great hotel, ideally located in the centre of The Hague. The room was really nice and spacious and was the perfect place to stay during our trip to the area
