The room we were given was next to the lift. I was assured that we would not hear the lift, but I could hear it all through the night, disturbing my sleep. I parked at 3pm in the afternoon using the hotel car park. I had hoped to stay in the car park for 24 hrs so I could visit museums after I had checked out but was told I had to remove my car. The car park was not full. Seemed unnecessary to make me move the car - parking was not cheap!

Very nice hotel, the room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent and dressing gown was provided but no slippers. My one criticism of the room was both the bathroom and bedroom could do with more hooks to hang your coat or towel.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder. Das Zimmer war wunderschön!

Lekker centraal in Den Haag. Kort bij paleis Noordeinde.

Christmas trip, overall it was nice. Just the last evening in the restaurant as we walked in the chef of service or waitress was very unfriendly. Just because me and my wife was in a simple outfit. She not expect maybe that we are hotel guest and used a higher room rate. Very sad this experience

Highly recommend this smart hotel. Centrally located near Noordeinde Palace on a quiet street. My room was huge and the bathroom (bath and separate shower) was vast! Very impressed with eco approach - no plastic anywhere (even a paper laundry bag). Great buffet breakfast with lovely staff.

Prachtig interieur en styling

Mein Partner und ich übernachteten eine Woche im Hotel.Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.Tolle Einrichtung und Design,sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal im kompletten Hotel,besonders im Restaurant(danke Aymen :) ).Das Essen war hervorragend! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war lediglich das teure Parken für 30€/Tag,was aber an Holland an sich liegt. Ich empfehle das Hotel zu 100% weiter!

A great hotel, ideally located in the centre of The Hague. The room was really nice and spacious and was the perfect place to stay during our trip to the area

Everything was great. Only breakfast did disappoint me a little. Not very much choice and the danish pastries weren’t very fresh. But that was the only negative aspect. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great location, modern interior and we were lucky to get an upgrade to one of the luxury suites. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
