Biggest issue with this hotel was the guarantee of the room by 3 pm and that didn’t happen… and the employee then being rude about it. Great view from the family apartment (529). Great location.

Staff here is superior (I’ve traveled 6 continents, many hotels). Printed something for me from an email; friendly; answered questions about ways/times to get to Schiphol; friendly conversations @ front desk & dining area hostess every day. Loved this place.

The staff we met were all good and helpful with any questions we had. Although we booked a “small” canal view we didn’t realize just how small it was. We barely fit our 2 pieces of luggage and carry on rearranging the furniture around the room. It was the room we chose but just be aware. We liked the bottle refills on each floor and the one in the lobby along with a selection of candies. Only real negative was ongoing party people on the street to the wee hours in the morning that can be heard from the room and the wafting smell of.cigarette and other stuff if you have your window open. All in all a nice hotel and easy walk to most sites
