Breakfast buffet is quite good, but a little bit dirty for the hotel room, especially the bathroom

The breakfast was outstanding especially the omelette. The chef was very friendly and even put on a little performance. The room was very clean and the service was amazing. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Nice and clean hotel with Great breakfast

Nice staff. Great view and location. Good bed. Only the stairs in the entrance were a bit of a problem for luggage. Although they have a small lift for that, it was not really convenient to use.

I usually rate hotels on a couple of key things: bed, comfort, water pressure, hotel location, and overall service. I have to say these guys did well on all points except bed comfort - sadly the bed was way too firm for my back. But otherwise these guys earned a 5-star rating from us.

The staff were all so lovely and extremely helpful.

Wonderful Hotel. The staff were professional and helpful. The design of the hotel was really nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Great location, right in the middle of everything. I would definatly stay there again, and have already recommended it to friends.

Ótima localização. Equipe muito prestativa. Melhor café da manhã da viagem (fiquei em 3 outros hotéis). Ponto forte: localização. Ponto fraco: por duas ocasiões precisei matar uma aranha no quarto, creio que carecia já de nova dedetização! Fora isso, hotel fantástico e recomendo muito pela localização e excelente café da manhã

Fantastiskt bra läge i Amsterdam med närhet till Centralstationen, shopping och restauranger. Trevlig personal och trevlig rum, och tysta.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating! The location was amazing, we were close to the main sightseeing areas (key if you’re a first time visitor). The hotel itself was very cute and chic, the rooms were comfy and had everything we needed.

Ótimo hotel, excelente localização (fácil para se deslocar vários dos principais pontos turísticos), funcionários muito educados, eficientes e prestativos. Quarto amplo, silencioso, limpo, bem decorado, com camas confortáveis. Adorei e recomendo.

Clean room, nice and quiet. Dining room a bit space and a bit confusing. Coffee should be free! Coffee maker in the room doesn’t work and no coffee creamer.

The room was clean and the hotel smelled nice, good atmosphere but the water and snacks area was all the way at the end, the staff wasn’t welcoming nor inviting. The staff, in particular Juan was the only nuisance. He spoke to us in a condescending way, gaslight me when I spoke to him about our room AC issue and always had a snarky comment to make. Seeing him and having to deal with him was exhausting. He’d act like he’s being accommodating or helpful but is in fact very much not. We’ve had the misfortune of dealing with him on several occasion's and can confidently advise you to steer away from him at reception. The rest of the reception and housekeeping were a delight.
