Room was great and spacious, breakfast was awesome! Staff was super friendly. We loved the location, much quieter than being by the train station. Plenty to do with museums and the canals being right there and lots of eating options. Be aware there is no elevator so pack light. The stairs are very steep.

The hotel is very charming, but mostly it's the excellent staff who make it such a great experience. The location is fantastic, being quiet at night, at one end of the beautiful 'Canal of Seven Bridges', just 100m from a Tram stop, and close to the Albert Cyup Market and many amazing restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety to choose from, including fresh juices, great coffees, and freshly made Dutch mini pancakes and eggs to your liking. Oh, and don't forget the daily happy hour with unlimited beer, wine, and snacks - we went every day! Be advised that the rooms are typical for Amsterdam in that they are quite 'intimately sized' (some with bathrooms separated from the room only by a frosted glass wall), and accessed by steep and narrow stairs. None-the-less, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We loved the hotel and the complimentary happy hour was delightful. Our only concern was the steep staircases since we were on the top floor. We left our heavy suitcases for storage in reception and carried up only our backpacks with enough for one night. I would strongly recommend that and the staff were very helpful with storing our heavy luggage.

Location was great. Workers were wonderful. Breakfast was OK. The room is the smallest room I have ever seen. You can’t even get into bed from the side. You have to crawl into bed from the bottom. The best part was the happy hour from 4 to 6 every day!

A special thank you to Sasha and Allan at the lobby — they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly taken care of from the moment we arrived. I booked a suite room expecting canal view, but that was not the case. Paid around $1500 for 4 nights stayed, expected at least one time cleaning, that didn't happened either even with my request, all I got was 2 hand towels, and 2 coffee replacement. I had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Air C unid block the window from closing making hard to sleep with the noisy. Doornobs lose cames off when open to go out to the balcony. Happy hour was nice, and Pilar from front desk was amazing! I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, plenty other options around.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and a great way to start each day. I was especially grateful for their honesty and care—after accidentally leaving my jewelry in the safe, they promptly shipped it back to me, which I truly appreciated. The downstairs bedroom featured a drop-in tub that was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to a metro stop, making it easy to get around. Overall, a wonderful experience!

There is a free happy hour for hotel guests every day from 4-6 with wine, beer, soda and snacks. The staff was very easily available, kind, and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again if I were to return to the city.

This is a super-cute hotel, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. That said, they never cleaned our room for the 3 days we were there, even after I requested it on the second day. The bathroom is elegant, but there's no shelf to put your toiletries. The wardrobe has good hanging space, but no shelves. If you are staying for more than one day, the place needs some improvements.
