Property is nice and modern, however the room was dirty - lots of cobwebs outside, lots of cigarette butts too. Table tops were dirty and had to get cleaner to re wipe. Some of the towels were dirty and the tea bags provided looked very old. Hairdryers in the bathroom didn't work and had to ask front desk for a handheld. Staff were well presented, but rather snooty and rude. Disappointing for 4 star hotel.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, bad smell, very noisy guests talking on the hallway at 11:30pm, AND I got poison food from their burger! Bad experience with the restaurant overall. It’s a nice hotel but the staff from the restaurant should be more careful and serve fresh food. No go next time!!!

Hotel now very run down and in need of a total refurb filthy rooms with chips and stains. cleaners did not clean the room...told manager and she said we only change sheets every 3 days...we were there 4 nights. Last time we will stay there
