Property is nice and modern, however the room was dirty - lots of cobwebs outside, lots of cigarette butts too. Table tops were dirty and had to get cleaner to re wipe. Some of the towels were dirty and the tea bags provided looked very old. Hairdryers in the bathroom didn't work and had to ask front desk for a handheld. Staff were well presented, but rather snooty and rude. Disappointing for 4 star hotel.

Very clean and nicely fitted property, by the water and very close to a nice park. Large and comfortable rooms, spacious gym and pool area, nice restaurants and bars. Perfect for business travel or leisure.

We stayed in Almere for 3 nights, in good distance to visit Floriade, but also close enough to Amsterdam. Nice, spatious room, good standard, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is fine dinning, really nice surprise. I would definetely recommend

Tv isnt smart

It was below our expectations. We booked a royal suite as it was my wife's birthday, however when we were there, they kept us waiting until they cleaned the suite and they didn't even treat us for a welcome drink or anything. Besides, there was a lot of maintenance and too much noise on our floor. Plus, the elevators weren't working and we got lost to reach our suite. When we arrived at the suite after taking the stairs, the keycard didn't work!!! In the suite, there were no tissues and no toothpaste.

Despite all covid measures excellently managed by staff (and management)!

It was an amazing stay. I will definately stqy there again in the future!

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, bad smell, very noisy guests talking on the hallway at 11:30pm, AND I got poison food from their burger! Bad experience with the restaurant overall. It’s a nice hotel but the staff from the restaurant should be more careful and serve fresh food. No go next time!!!

Hotel now very run down and in need of a total refurb filthy rooms with chips and stains. cleaners did not clean the room...told manager and she said we only change sheets every 3 days...we were there 4 nights. Last time we will stay there
