Mercure Tetovo

This is a very nice modern hotel located close to the center of Tetovo. There is a parking lot next to the hotel and the area is very walkable. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and multilingual. The free breakfast was excellent as well. I would highly recommend and have only good things to say

Nice

This was so not luxury. It was a mid basic hotel, like a Days Inn or Comfort Inn. I'm shocked this has a 5 star rating. There were marks all over the walls and the shower flooded. The surrounding area is full of trash and people begging for money. Bad vibes.

The hotel was at the standards we expect in US and Canada. Big plus for the breakfast that included local food and free parking in the downtown area.

Nice and clean. Breakfast is served in a nice dining area and is my favorite part. Conveniently located.

Stayed overnight because we arrived late in the evening. Place is clean and great location.

Excellent the best hotel and the best people

Everything was great, the only thing I’d change is the price of snacks in the mini bar. Prices first natural way overpriced. Everything else was great! Breakfast/Non-Alcoholic drinks were free and good.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous city! Rooms are clean and modern. Comfy beds & pillows. Front desk staff are excellent! They do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be! They’re so helpful and welcoming. Then the roof top Restaurant/cafe/Bar is a added bonus with gorgeous views for days of beautiful Tetovo! Great food & drinks & staff. The hotel is right in the heart of the city with markets & restaurants and cafe’s right outside your door. There’s a small mall behind the hotel. A market right next door, that’s where we’d buy our bottled waters for the room. The first set of water bottles & Nescafé are on hotel and the rest you’ll be charged for. But no worries markets right next door or there’s a gazillion of them all around the city. Overall it’s a great place to stay I can’t wait to back!

Not quite standard for a Mercure - low lighting, no staff to help with luggage, etc. Hotel appeared empty except for the loud night club on the rooftop, which you can hear from the rooms. Good breakfast spread, reliable WiFi, parking on premises.

This is a superb hotel. It is located very close to the city's main shopping area, which includes a picturesque market. Tetovo's main attraction, the Painted Mosque, is within easy walking distance, as is the central bus station. The staff is very helpful too. The breakfast was varied and of high quality.

Great hotel, staff very professional and nice

Very clean, very good food (we had both dinner and breakfast). Secure parking. Very good location for the Painted Mosque + a local bazaar & supermarket within 5 min walk.

I had a very positive stay at Mercure and would recommend it. * Modern Rooms: The room was clean, comfortable, and with modern furnishings. * Excellent Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was highly effective and provided strong cooling – a definite plus. * Convenient Location & Free Parking: The location was excellent for accessing the area. A major benefit was the free on-site parking. The process was simple: take your parking lot ticket to the reception upon arrival, and they scan it to validate your parking for the duration of your parking. * Very Good Value: Considering the quality of the room, amenities (especially the strong AC), location, and included parking, the price offered very good value. Overall, a highly recommended stay for comfort, convenience, and value.
