Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Tetovo, al lado del mercado, restaurantes e hipermercado Vero. Tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio, ya que está bastante completo. La habitación era amplia, con cómoda cama y almohadas, con calentador de agua e infusiones y café, y botella de agua gratuita cada día. Baño amplio, muy nuevo y limpio. El desayuno bastante completo y variado.

This is a very nice modern hotel located close to the center of Tetovo. There is a parking lot next to the hotel and the area is very walkable. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and multilingual. The free breakfast was excellent as well. I would highly recommend and have only good things to say

Es un buen hotel. No tiene gimnasio. Su restaurante tiene una hermosa vista de la ciudad.

This was so not luxury. It was a mid basic hotel, like a Days Inn or Comfort Inn. I'm shocked this has a 5 star rating. There were marks all over the walls and the shower flooded. The surrounding area is full of trash and people begging for money. Bad vibes.

The hotel was at the standards we expect in US and Canada. Big plus for the breakfast that included local food and free parking in the downtown area.

I had a very positive stay at Mercure and would recommend it. * Modern Rooms: The room was clean, comfortable, and with modern furnishings. * Excellent Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was highly effective and provided strong cooling – a definite plus. * Convenient Location & Free Parking: The location was excellent for accessing the area. A major benefit was the free on-site parking. The process was simple: take your parking lot ticket to the reception upon arrival, and they scan it to validate your parking for the duration of your parking. * Very Good Value: Considering the quality of the room, amenities (especially the strong AC), location, and included parking, the price offered very good value. Overall, a highly recommended stay for comfort, convenience, and value.

A bit unfriendly man in the reception (was clearly in a bad mood when we checked in) - but other personell was very friendly. Modern rooms. A fantastic view from the restaurant/bar on the top of the building. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, both hot choices, and different kind of salads and something for your "sweet tooth". Actually, they had the best breakfast of all the places we stayed during our 14 nights roadtrip in Macedonia.

Nice and clean. Breakfast is served in a nice dining area and is my favorite part. Conveniently located.

Upea hotelli sopivan etäisyyden päässä palveluja. Palvelu oli hyvää.

The rooms are really big and comfortable. Sometimes in the evening it gets loud because of the music in the restaurant at the top floor. The breakfast was a little poor but okay.
