Frokost var kanonbra. Service og rommene var upåklagelig. Det eneste jeg kan sette fingeren på er prisen for hund på 400kr. som jeg synes var ganske stiv. Burde vært på 200kr. Ellers ett perfekt opphold 😄😄👍.

Nice room in good area. When we arrived we were puzzled by there being a towel on the toilet. We later realised that this towel was ment for the sink (which was leaking). There was no handsoap in the dispenser nor in the shower. Bathroom fan was loud and was not possible to turn off.

Got in at 23:15, checking in, agreed to put the car in the car park, receptionist didn't know how to pay for parking, so told us to do an it in the morning at reception. 690 NKR ticket in the window, and even though it is a private gated parking, the arrogant receptionists did nothing to help or resolve the situation. Completely useless. Never that hotel again, I travel 180 days yearly, and this hit a new bottom level

False fire alarm was ringing continuously, as we are requested to evacuate the rooms which needed to walk through the narrow steps from 6’th floor. Area was nice with ample parking slots available !

Stayed 4 nites. Good location. Good basic service. Breakfast was at Thon standards. Room was large, but sparsely furnished and with bare floor. Housekeeping was sporadic and we were given letter as a heads up it would be , but was still below par. Egon restaurant attached was good.
