Run down hotel that is overpriced for what you get. Nice staff, just old neglected property.

Great location, restaurant connected to the hotel was great too! The buffet breakfast was top notch!

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Nice room in good area. When we arrived we were puzzled by there being a towel on the toilet. We later realised that this towel was ment for the sink (which was leaking). There was no handsoap in the dispenser nor in the shower. Bathroom fan was loud and was not possible to turn off.

Got in at 23:15, checking in, agreed to put the car in the car park, receptionist didn't know how to pay for parking, so told us to do an it in the morning at reception. 690 NKR ticket in the window, and even though it is a private gated parking, the arrogant receptionists did nothing to help or resolve the situation. Completely useless. Never that hotel again, I travel 180 days yearly, and this hit a new bottom level

False fire alarm was ringing continuously, as we are requested to evacuate the rooms which needed to walk through the narrow steps from 6’th floor. Area was nice with ample parking slots available !

No iron or ironing board in the room! TV didn't work either. Staff friendly and helpful

Dårlig vedlikeholdt, ukoselig utsikt til bakgård med mye rot og skrammel.

Veldig god beliggenhet. Rent rom, men dusj-avlukket på badet var ikke tett på gulvet, slik at vann kom inn på badegulvet. Dårlige TV-signaler, særlig på NRK 1. God frokost.

Greit hotell. Som mange andre har skrevet, så er badet slitent og lite. Flere fliser er sprukket og vvs utstyr er på overtid. Rommet var bra, men synes sengen var litt hard. Frokosten var ok til bra, men ikke fantastisk. Lettvint med parkering på taket og rett ved siden av markensgate. Men vile heller ha valgt Thon Hotel Norge som ligger litt lenger ned i byen. Noen hundrelapper dyrere, men er bedre standard og frokost.
