We enjoyed the location it was near to local immunities which we could walk to a pharmacy that was quite handy the staff could have been a little bit more friendly but coming from Ireland where everyone is super friendly maybe the reason why we're saying this

I really enjoyed my stay at Las Americas Golden Towers, the room was very clean and the city view was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but it also helps when you know a little Spanish. The breakfast was fresh everyday. Hotel is perfectly situated, and it is near food places, mall outlet stores etc. Really good stay, I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Great experience

Staff was warm, attentive, and efficient. The reason I stay there. Too bad one cannot charge room service to front desk. Paying every single time is a true nuisance. I don’t like strangers spending time inside my room to charge for food service. It’s an intrusion. Separate spa company is a true inconvenience. Food was great!

This is a horrible hotel and never ever a 4 star one. Not clean, bad food and deteriorated property. don’t stay here! Only one good thing: it does have free parking.

Really great hotel. Bed was super comfortable. I had been traveling around south and central america for the past few months and this was one of the best hotels i stayed at.

The staff was professional and very helpful especially Nathaniel. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room was kept clean daily. Breakfast options were great daily. Will definitely stay again.

As hotels go, it was a modern and well maintained property with comfortable beds, nice views from the higher floors and a reasonably priced bar. However, we booked through Expedia and was supposed to get access to the executive lounge (which is permanently closed), a 20% off food/beverage credit (not offered) and a room with a bath (shower only). Reasonable expectation was very different to reality then. The air conditioning in the room only went down to 20c and the room never got below 21c. This is very warm for sleeping and asked at reception for it to looked into. If anyone did investigate it, no difference was noticed. Breakfast was reasonable and busy. Also long waits for the lifts. The ice machine on our floor (19) was horrendously loud. It didn't affect us as we were by the lifts but if our room was further along the corridor, it may have been an issue. Hotel is in a safe area and we walked plenty of places from the door. Uber is also available and very cheap.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and gracious, breakfast is free and great parking.

The property looks good online. The workers need to have a more sense of urgency. My room wasn’t properly cleaned. A beer bottle was found in the back of the nightstand. The bathroom had black hair all over. It is ideal in a city putting you close to everything. The pool is indoors and the gym is a nice size. The treadmill were turned off. I asked for a late checkout which was for 2pm and they told my family that they had to leave out the room. Mind you I had 2 room reserved. Apparently the workers didn’t communicate and somebody didn’t read the note. I stayed 2 days just to take my cousin back to the airport and I should’ve stayed at megapolis which is next door. I stayed there before and it is great. When we asked for our luggage it took over 30 minutes. The workers are not friendly. They didn’t offer any compensation but apologize for their inconvenience.
