Great central location in PC with very nice accommodations.

Great hotel, didn’t know the flooring was padded but wasn’t bad. Heated pool, gym and central to everything. Great experience

Excellent place, I love the view from the room to the city of Panamá. I definitely recommend it.

Shops like malls were nearby and food places. The hotel overall is nice, but it seemed as if they rushed to prepare my room and certain things seemed not so clean. I also did not really enjoy the food there

Internet was a bit slow but otherwise the hotel was excellent. Location was convenient with pleasant staff. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs if desired. The hotel is clean and modern.

The lobby and restaurant are fabulous, very nice to have a large patio area to catch some sun as well. The pool was incredibly loud, electronic music which made it impossible to sit by and relax.

No problems at check in, clean room. Plan on utilizing again when we come back

Housekeeping and front desk staff were great!!!

Good accommodations overall. Junior suite had no tv in living room. TV in bedroom had a tv barely hanging on the attachment. Message light on phone in bedroom and bathroom continually blinking red. Junior suite prices for a standard king quality room at best. Elevators took forever. Allot at least 20 minutes to get up or down. Staff was friendly, especially concierge.

Not well kept. Bedding and towels were grey and worn. Shower had mold. It also had a lot of road noise.

Tremendous views of the city from our 21st floor hotel room. Huge breakfast with large selection. The room was super comfortable and spacious. Loved the layout. The beds super comfortable The staff was excellent.
