New Washington Hotel

Great room, helpful staff, wonderful view and amenities.

Puntos a considerar. Hay habitaciones con balcon compartido. Y no trae caja fuerte. La habitación incluye nevera y accesorios de aseo (toalla, jabon, shampoo). Todo bastante limpio.

Property was under construction. No hot water.

This hotel should be demolished to the ground and start over horrible conditions. We were checking out and the maid came in while we were at breakfast and made the bed without changing the sheets. Toilet seat is not attached to toilet horrible place

Jimmy Mojica was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate our needs. As an example, procuring additional towels for us. Excellent service. Thank you.

The Hotel was fine. The pool was slimey and it appears to be used by large groups partying during the day. Not sure if they rent it out to other groups to bring in a little more cash but that is what it looks like. The area outside of the hotel is nasty. Was thankful to have enclosed parking at the hotel. Has potential to be a very nice hotel once again.

The hotel was under a major renovation which I can understand the lack of a lot of things. But no fridge in the room, dinner was not worth the money and too dangerous to go out. Although the staff were nice.

MUY MAL SERVICIO, pague 2 noches y solo me quede una noche porque el hotel está MUY MAL, no lo recomiendo para NADA!!! 1. No había agua caliente en la regadera 2. El lavamanos estaba TAPADO 3. Solo tenía 3 canales en la televisión, y salía un anuncio que no habían pagado por eso no tenían mas canales 4. Solo había un enchufe en toda la habitación 5. No hay elevadores y yo padezco de la espalda y no puedo subir gradas 6. Dicen que incluye desayuno y no me dieron el desayuno 7. Las sábanas estaban sucias 8. Las instalaciones están en MUY mal estado, no le dan mantenimiento Parece casa embrujada literal jaja Cancelé la segunda noche y no me reembolsaron NADA!! No es como sale en las fotos!! Lo unico positivo que puedo decir es que la cama estaba cómoda, pero de nada sirve si las sábanas estaban sucias!!

There was no towel no running water to flush the toilet or take a shower no soap.

I never stay in that roach hotel I need my money back I’m not playing

The front desk clerk wasn’t helpful and didn’t provide internet service or remote for A/C. We had to find another employee to help us. Also, the following day they chain locked the front door, locking us in! We couldn’t leave and there was no employee in site to unlock the front door… health/safety hazard! We had to walk around the entire hotel to find a child to help us. We had to check out with him… also wasn’t informed about the strict covid shut down Colon has on Sundays, when they knew we are leaving then. Had to get police escorted out of the Colon. The room we stayed in was in poor condition as well. TV didn’t work well… I do not recommend staying here.

Me decepcionaron muchas cosas: limpieza, atencion, mal olor en las toallas, tardanza en el servicio de restaurante, etc.

Hotel is on the upgrade. I got No Hot Water to bath for the duration of my stay.

The property was terrible. I was quoted $26.64 and charged more. Staff did not want to provide me a receipt of my stay, water in the room was turned off overnight, did not get a ocean view as promised. Electric outlet & phone did not work, no hot water in the room, property needs a paint, request an iron and told we had to wait until 10am when another employee came in. We were checking out before 10am. The worst part was that visitors to the swimming pool area were urinating at the side of the pool. I advised employee that the patron should be removed. She stated that she advised the patron but him and his friends continued the practice. They just moved the practice behind a adjacent wall to the pool. Terrible experience.

Nothing, the property is kept in a very sketchy part of town, room smelled damp, there is no place to grab food around

Great location. But the pictures online are old, hotel does not look that anymore. Hotel has great potential, and doing some updates. But currently just place to sleep.

Its on the Water Front but the hot water does'nt work.
