Me and my husband loved staying there! Superb hotel beyond international standards! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and so is the spa. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I only have the best words to describe this place! I hope to stay there when we go back to beautiful Panama!

Excellent fitness center. The property is rundown, the bathroom is too small for a tall person, I stayed on the 6th floor and the windows were dirt. The desk chair is peeling.

The food at the restaurant is not good and the wait time to get your food is extensive, only to get your food and it's cold. Poor customer service in the Casino , no one could explain process to obtain pay cards or pay methods due to language barriers.
