Excellent stay at the W Panama. Breakfast was great, room service was consistently good, and the pool area was relaxing and well maintained. The on-site shops and restaurants were convenient and high quality. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned; the bathroom and shower doors were not closing appropriately and the hotel felt very noisy. In addition, the pool area was not maintained, meaning there are repairs that need to take place which were not attended to. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this hotel for families or for vacations.

Staff was friendly, room service was timely! I travelled for my birthday and they helped make my day a little bit more special. Didn’t get the full spa experience, but the massage was awesome. Can’t wait to visit again.

My stay at the W was good. I didn't spend much time using their amenities as we had activities booked throughout our stay. The front desk staff was exceptional and goes beyond to bring you satisfaction. The rooms was spacious except for the bathroom and shower personally think it was awkwardly built but doable. The hotel was clean. I did have breakfast my first day there and they had a variety of foods there, breakfast was good don't have much to say in that area. I did not spend time at the rooftop pool as it was not as appealing to me and we didn't have time. We did walk around the neighborhood to a few places and felt completely safe in the area. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend to others.
