Beautiful room, super clean, and friendly staff!!!

Room spotless. Needed ice bucket

The room was not thoroughly cleaned; the bathroom and shower doors were not closing appropriately and the hotel felt very noisy. In addition, the pool area was not maintained, meaning there are repairs that need to take place which were not attended to. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this hotel for families or for vacations.

The room was very spacious and modern, surpassed my expectations!

Clean room and friendly staff. Loved the pool arra and bar staff. So friendly. Customer service was a 10. Ill definitely stay here again

Good hotel and the room itself was nice. There was a smell through out the hotel through the entire stay.

Building window outside need cleaning. More food selection in restaurants.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. The breakfast buffet was really good and had variety. Downside was my share pooled water each time and kids were running down the halls disrupting guest at 3 am. I was awakened 2 nights in a row. I do highly recommend the hotel however

the breakfast buffet wasn't clearly marked what the food was, not enough items for people that don't eat pork, usually other options like chicken sausage or turkey bacon, had to pay for french toast normally included. fruit was okay. hot veggies they had tomatoes one day very unusual it wasn't good. even potatoes should be pretty simple like just stick to hash browns? Room was really nice. also if you call front desk good luck getting what you ask for i fell asleep we asked for cream for the coffee next day asked for toothbrush an hour later i had to remind them

Excellent stay at the W Panama. Breakfast was great, room service was consistently good, and the pool area was relaxing and well maintained. The on-site shops and restaurants were convenient and high quality. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the W, Clean spacious and beautiful rooms. The staff were nice, friendly and accomodating for whatever you need. The Buffet resturant had a variety of food for Breakfast.
