We booked the Supreme Room and it was amazing! It had a great view and was very spacious. Upon arrival, the staff was so nice and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on where to go to eat, party and sightsee. They were always available if we had questions too. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, out longest ride was about 18 minutes. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Panama City, we truly enjoy every bit of it.

Everything was perfect went for my birthday and enjoyed myself they even surprised me with a cake 10 thumbs up 👍

The hotel is nice a bit weathered but overall nice accommodations. My only complaint is the toilet paper. The toilet paper was extremely hard and rough.

The 2 hot tubs are spa like tubs.. literal tubs in doors inside the spa room. Not hot tubs outside by the pool.. I was very confused upon arrival by that. But the stay was amazing and the views from my room were beautiful. Very clean room and spacious! Loved the mirror wall!

Shower is barely running, plumber came multiple times but still couldn’t fixed properly and they didn’t changed our room

I had 3 issues with this hotel check in was for 3pm i didn’t check in till 6 almost 7pm at check in they don’t tell u the snack bar in the rooms are NOT complementary u will have to pay per item at check out but overall the hotel was nice very clean and in the perfect location 5-7 mins away from everything

Early check in and late check out available for a fee. Concierge/staff were great. If I were to return to Panama , I’d stay at this hotel again.

Yes everything met my needs the only thing I didn’t like is that the beds are kinda stiff and I have even seen reviews online about the beds but other than that I enjoyed my time and can’t wait to be back hopefully in December.
