Pleasent staff and shops at walking distance

Como hotel para una noche de paso está bien, pero las sábana olía entre sudor y cloro Pero lo que sí me molestó fue que me tocó salir a las 3:20 am el señor encargado grosero, aparte la puerta principal estaba con llave y yo estaba con dos maletas y una de mano el tipo solo le quitó el seguro a la puerta no fue digno ayúdame abrirme la puerta para sacar todo mi equipaje? Al menos eso hubiera hecho pero solo quitó el seguro me dejó con todo y se fue a dormir Yo sé que a la hora que salí mantiene cerrado el hotel pero lo hizo de mala gana y con intención porque solo salí del hotel el cerro Gesto tan malo que el de Uber me ayudó a sacar maletas y se dio cuenta de pésimo servicio del encargado. Tiene que Mejora lo de olor y cloro en sábanas y una mejor atención Saludos

The hotel was very nice super clean and friendly staff. The only bad thing I would say would be the bathroom. Well the toilet bathroom was perfect but the toilet had a water problem. When you flush there is very little force of water so you find yourself flushing 5-6 times. Thats the only thing I didn’t like they need to put more pressure on the toilets so you don’t find yourself flushing too many times, waste of water and time you waiting in bathroom to finally flush.

Quiet, clean, professional and helpful. My only issue was room service kept putting the sheet on top of what looked like a blanket instead sheet against fitted sheet. Maybe it was a new hire but nothing to be upset about. While I came prepared with my converter box for my gear, I really enjoyed the U.S. 110 outlets in our room. I also walked to a fine grocery, a bodega, a chicken spot literally across the ultra quiet street and an amazing little bakery.

The hotel is in good location, Clean room , staff was very friendly and helpful, they should improve the room with cabinets with drawers to put the clothes, after that everything was fine

Centrally located with easy access to San Isidro and Miraflores! There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby, as well as easy access to several parks. The hotel is nicely renovated and our room had a nice bathroom.

It would be nice if breakfast was included but overall a wonderful experience! 10/10

Safe area , very well communicate staff

I used to love Aku Hotels, but new management ruined it. The manager is never around, and when she is, she’s unkind and unprofessional. It’s disappointing because some of the staff (like Andres) are great—but overall, the atmosphere has changed for the worse. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly stay, I’d skip this place.

The front desk staff waa completely amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance with scheduling rides to wherever. The only reason I didnt give 5 stara is because once I arrived back home, there was a discrepancy on the amount for the charges when they were converted to USD and I had to dispute it with my cardholder. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!
