Great neighborhood and friendly staff. Comfortable room with good WiFi and ventilation. Only concern was lack of a stand for luggage.

Great service, nice quiet place.

I had to change twice out of my room, in a three nights stay. First, because the air conditioning was not working on the first room; and on the second room: it started alright, everything working but then the electricity was out, and they couldn’t get it working. Finally, the third room worked smoothly for the last night.

Aku is a mid range hotel. Nothing to write home about but friendly staff with clean and tidy rooms. Close to shops and restaurants and a nice big park. Safe area. Cheap bathroom accessories. Very expensive restaurant and bar area. Breakfast also very expensive. Go across the street the cafe is half the price.

The location was perfect to be relax. The facility is great. The staff if I compare with other in the area is poor.

We only stayed here two nights, but it was a great stay. The hotel is not very large and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was nice and provided plenty of space and we chose the king size bed, which was excellent. It also had air conditioning, which made the sleeping at night better, but the unit was a bit noisy, so we just cooled the room prior to sleeping. The bathroom was good size and we had no issues with hot water or water pressure. We also were provided with regular size towels, as the ones in Cusco were on the smaller size. Our room also offered a kettle and some cups, so we were able to make our own tea in the room. This was a nice touch for us. We had to get the sugar from the dining room downstairs.

Well located near a couple of decent restaurants, though maybe fewer than in the centre of Miraflores. Room was clean and comfortable.

Booked and paid for the room on March 4th.When arrival on April 3rd at 10:00pm, I was told that all the rooms were booked and they did not have one for me.They offered to give me a room at their sister hotel 3 blocks away.This was unacceptable, as I had excursions booked to pick me up at that hotel the following morning. After a lengthy wait, they cancelled someone else’s reservation and gave me a room
