Loved the facility, a little noisey but we were prepared. They did have noise cancelling doors to the balconey and it did help. Staff was attentive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this well located hotel. There is a nice terrace on the top floor. We had.a two single bed room downstairs. Our only grief is that it was noisy on the weekend until 2 am i think, as it must be close toclubs.

Was only here for one night, but it was quiet (inside room). Lovely area and would have liked to stay longer. Have to walk up stairs from the street level, but nice inside. Was also gated, so we felt extra safe. We left early and were going to miss breakfast, so they made us bags to take with us. Would recommend this hotel.

Le Foyer is a super cute hostel in a fantastic location in Arequipa. It’s only a two minute walk from the main plaza. It has a great design, was clean and had an amazing rooftops terrace with unparalleled views of the sunset. I arrived very early on a flight around 7am and was able to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace and check in to my room about 10am which I was very appreciative of. The only complaint I have is that it was EXTREMELY loud at night. To the point that earplugs weren’t even enough. Make sure that you get a room on the courtyard to save your sanity. Still, the good outweighed the bad.

Staff was very rude and locked us in the hotel. They would not let us leave in the morning to catch our transfer bus. The bus company ended up having to talk to them to let us leave. Terrible. I want my money back.

We arrived late at night from the bus station, and they couldn't find our reservation. They put us in a twin room (suppose to be a double) off the breakfast area. The beds were quite comfortable, but the washroom small and didn't have a door handle on the inside so it was difficult to open. They did offer a list of tours at reception, but we found them to be higher compared with others we could find. The location is very nice, and the hotel has a lot of character.

Le Foyer was in a great location, just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas and really close to the Santa Catalina Monastery. Free breakfast included fresh juice, tea, 1 egg, bread, jam and butter. Wi-Fi did not work the entire time I was there b/c of technical difficulties. Rooms were clean with TV. I got a private room with bathroom that had good hot water showers. Overall, great value but I did have to frequent Starbucks for Wi-Fi.

Le foyer is very central to the main tourist attractions in Arequipa. We had a lovely stay here but be warned it is very noisy Friday and Saturday night as it is next to a nightclub. Toilets are very clean and shower is good. Wifi reception is good too. Everything you need for a short stay. Reception staff are helpful :)

room is clean also they do have hairdryer on request.we were hungry when we arrived.they also take order for restaurant downstairs then delivered which is nice.breakfast at patio is good.nothing unlike.
