I didn’t expect much for a overnight airport stop, but couldn’t have imagined this. Absolutely horrible. Dirty bathroom with hair in the shower. Don’t believe the 24 hour airport shuttle. Just some guy in a Kia sleeping in the lobby. And it wasn’t free as advertised. Phone number posted in Expedia was wrong. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Really disappointed in Expedia. Feel misled.

Hotel Swan is pretty awful. If you don't care about towels, customer service, or breakfast, then this is your place. Our first night, the lady at the desk refused to provide a towel for our room. This was after she moved us from room to room a few times. Then came the amazing "Free Full Breakfast," which seriously needs to be removed from the advertisement. I picked Swan because I wanted all the hotels to have breakfast, but their idea of a full breakfast is literally just white bread and some juice or coffee. I complained and asked where the full breakfast was, and I was informed that the butter and jam filled out my full breakfast experience. Needless to say, I had to purchase breakfast outside every day. The staff was very rude almost all of the time. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I have been in many different hotels in Lima but this hotel swan really is not what they advertise. Checked in late and my room was dirty! Smelly sheets, pillows, no toilet paper, no dresser, no hair drier, no refrigerator, rom got cleaned at 1130pm. Next day get this... continental breakfast? Ha CUP OF COFFEE AND A PIECE OF BREAD AND A GLASS OF SOMETHING THEY CALLED JUICE. Went out for breakfast and some shopping returned after lunch surprise surprise ...nobody cleaned the room. After I complained to the maid she told me that she couldn't get in cause it was locked from the inside. What? How many squeleton keys are there?. Yes, not card keys. Huge old keys! The bathroom smelled horrendous. Do not recommend this. Simply terrible. NO WI-FI to complete the package.

I stayed for 2 weeks. Rooms are quiet, spacious, and equipped with ventilators. If your room does not have a ventilator ask staff to provide one!! Good price for good location. I will return.
