Holiday
The head of the front desk was accommodating. However the staff on shift at the time were unprofessional. They were gossips, smiles and sweet talks the guests but when their backs are turned, they speak ill of the guests as if it were their usual past time. When I approached them, they even defended that it was their “endorsement”. Unapologetic and full of pride, first time to encounter this from people in the hospitality industry. I hope management trains their staff well before assigning them to the front desk. The housekeeping staff was exceptional.

It's nice but there is a lot of bugs and misquotes need always cleaning and fight the bugs

7 Stones Boracay boasts of 29 designer furnished rooms, suites and apartments which are divided into nine types: Superior, Junior Suite One Bedroom, Premier One Bedroom Suite with Jacuzzi, Family Two Bedroom Suite with Jacuzzi, Beachfront One Bedroom Grand Suite, Oceanview Family Three Bedroom Suite with roof deck, Oceanview Executive Two Bedroom Suite, Premier Two Bedroom Sky Suite with Pool, Beachfront Three Bedroom Luxury Penthouse. All rooms come stylishly furnished and equipped with luxurious amenities.
Guests can enjoy their meals at the resort’s restaurant and poolside bar or venture out to sample the dishes of the many restaurants on the Island. Guests can lounge around in a garden setting, terraces with majestic views, sipping their favourite beverage or cocktail.
