Areca Boracay Bed & Breakfast

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 3mins away from the edge of white beach. A coffee place is on the way to the White beach which is a nice bonus. Also close to the ferry port. Be ready to wake up with the roosters and traffic on the street around 6am. It's pretty loud. Also, the bathroom is not very soundproof, so be ready for that.

I only stayed one night in Areca B&B so I had limited experience. The room I got didn't look like the pictures, instead I had a small kitchen and a separate toilet/shower. The toilet room is also really small so might be challenging to sit down if you're really tall/big. It felt like lower standard than what it looks like in the pictures, but I didn't really mind this since I only stayed one night. The door in my room was only lockable with the key which might also be tricky if you're a couple etc. I had a twin bed and they were comfy. AC worked great and the room was clean. Location is nice, it's only 100m from the beach and it's further down south from the main strip so you don't have the crowded mess right outside. Took me maybe 10-15 minutes to walk to the busy area of the beach further north. Breakfast was included in the price but I never had the chance to try it. Overall I had an okay experience and could consider staying here again if I can make sure to get one of the rooms from the pictures.
