Arkadia Eco Resort Underground River

I contact you about my stay at Arkadia Beach Resort. This hotel is completely dramatic and not at the level described on your website. The hotel seems completely abandoned and dirty. These are all negatives in chronological order Q - Normally, the boat transfer to the hotel is the responsibility of the hotel but we had to pay 500 pesos to go and 500 pesos to return (for 2 people) - The complex, the bedroom, the bathroom, the bed were very dirty, we were bitten by bedbugs because the bed is totally infected and there were also cockroaches in the room (see attached photos,zoom on the bed). My girlfriend's body is full of pricks - there was no electricity throughout the day, only from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and the electrical system is totally dangerous, the battery with dangerous plugs makes a strange noise (see photo attached) - there was also no wifi although it is indicated as equipped in the hotel -There was almost no water pressure and not at all no hot water and the shower water smells so bad - The staff were completely absent during the day and not friendly. When we arrived, we waited 15 min for the manager to come and receive us and give us the room. Finally, we only saw them for dinner. Moreover, the breakfast should be included whereas we had paid them (150 pesos for a banana cake or scumbled eggs) - we had run out of food and the quality was really bad and expensive. the fridge doesn't work so we ate spoiled food and got sick - sick and non-fed dogs came to touch us to feed them (see attached photo) - We paid the room online but the owners try to charge us a second time, I have to show them the invoice Therefore, in view of all these more than unacceptable elements, I would like a full refund for our stay at Arkadia Beach Resort, as it was 3 horrible days. In addition we take the risk of contaminating our house when we come back with the eggs of bedbugs in our luggage without counting the discomfort of the stinging attacks that my girlfriend suffers. and we could also be infected with sick dogs Thanks in advance for your return and take in account all of these horrible éléments Best regards Karim Lerouge
