- Romantic Vacation
Big room, big bed, comfortable and cheap.
Service is not good and the food is not that yummy
Good and strategic location for those who wants to explore manila. Accessible to bus/transport liners if you wish to get away from the metropolis. Close to LRT gil puyat station. Worth the price, spacious room, breakfast buffet was quite good of a variety. Staff are polite and courteous. I am very satisfied so far in my 5d/4n stay. Thank you and more power

You can really tell that this hotel is a little old with its design and structure but their rooms are huge. They have courteous staff but a few are not so happy to assist you with your needs. A little more customer care for this hotel can go a long way.

Easy to spot building. Located around food chains like Jollibee,McDonalds, etc. and shopping complex.
Our room was on the 2300. The room given is spacious but the floors not good to look at anymore. The wall where the bathtub was so appalling. The caulkings were dirty already likened to a moldy caulkings. They were not really ready when they checked us in. The bathrooms kind of stinks, urine smell. One bulb not working. The terrace dirty ,cigarette butts scattered, the door latch on the balcony not there,so unsafe...cockroaches,and some bugs kept running around. Service is slow, No internet signal on the room ,telephone not functioning according to them renovation goin on so the line was affected. There is no supply of bathroom tissue. We requested aroom service, since it was so slow we decided to cancel it. Even tho' we were not satisfied we left a tip for the room server ,hope he gets it. The porter we asked to bring us a cart gets in the room, hope he did not scooped it. Overall for that amount,it is passable. To the thrifty people they can accept it.

felt unsafe, efficient and polite staff, cheap hotel
i felt, its a house not a hotel..really big spacious rooms, living room with small ref and balconies..the surrounding outside its not very safe if youre a foreigner or travelling with kids, some locks are broken like our room balcony,if your travelling with a big group, the in room order of food based on sharing is a plus since its affordable and really delicious, what i love the most are the staffs, theyre polite, diligent and efficient!,there was a heavy rain when we stayed, the room was flooded that we have to change room at night, breakfast is good and filipino style, distance from sm moa is nearly..75pesos in taxi, laundry for 3 kilos is 250 pesos which is cheap..rooms are old..if youre on a budget and not fussy this hotel can be.

Big dissappointment
My group booked 6 King bed rooms for 2 to 4 days at this hotel. We choose this hotel based on proximity to our event, which was only a few blocks. The room rate was reasonable, but not when you compare the quality of service received The positive things I can say about this hotel are few, which I will list. I personally reluctantly stayed there 4 days. (1) It had spacious rooms, larger than the normal for a Philippines hotel. (2) Breakfast buffet was large and good. (3) The hotel staff always demonstrated that great Filipino hospitality. (4) There are plenty of fast food options around the hotel. And now for the negative things, which will prevent me from ever staying at this hotel again. (1) Air Conditioning system in all the rooms were intermittent, some never cooled, most turned themselves off in the middle of the night and it was believed that the staff also turned off the air conditioning "if" they cleaned the room. Several had to change rooms. Day time temps 37c / night time temps 27c (2) Breakfast buffet, check in lobby, elevators - were not air conditioned...hot and stuffy. (3) Even though we would hang "please clean my room" tag on door - several rooms were not cleaned. After being at a convention for 12 hours...the last thing you want to come back to is a dirty, hot room, with no fresh towels. (4) They charge for extra towels, bath mats, and ice. (5) They only issue 1 room key and charge a deposit for an extra key - which the house cleaning staff took......turning off my air conditioning. (6) Elevators - 4 installed, only 2 working. It took too long to get an elevator, due to over capacity, and the elevators were slow. (7) The check in lobby was not on the ground floor, but on the 15th floor. The 1st 15 floors were used for other purposes, which increased the wait time for the elevators. (8) The 25 floor, where we had several rooms, mostly were occupied by labor staff, who used that floor as a dormitory. The associated noise from the sound of these people coming and going all hours, plus the capacity issues with the elevators was too much. (9) The bed mattresses were hard as rock.....not comfortable at all, and appeared to be the absolute cheapest that could be purchased. Pillows were not of good quality. (10) The room phones on several floors did not work, and there was no WiFi on several of the top floors. In conclusion and trying to be fair - this was probably a decent hotel quite a few years ago. But now, it was generally run down and neglected. There appeared to be some renovating ongoing which made it even more uncomfortable. There are many more hotel options in Manila. It was not worth the money and convenience to stay there.
