I completely liked the free breakfast, and the staff were all accommodating!

Poor air conditioning. Stinking pillow case, bed sheet and blanket/comforter. Dirty balcony.

room is old and smells bad but location is great not that bad really

部屋は新しくはないが、広々として風通しが良い。手頃な価格で、ホテルのロケーションはエンターテイメントやショッピングエリアに行くのにとても便利です。

We booked a room from Atrium Hotel since we planned on visiting MOA and Cartimar (very convenient for these places). And I must say it's worth every buck! Though the room and beddings aren't as clean and well-maintained, we were able to get what we needed. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really sumptuous, even better than other mid-range hotels in the metro that we had been to. I'd say it's a great experience for just a night stay. As for things I would wish for them to improve, that would essentially be the cleanliness of the room, beddings, towels. The room is quite spacious for its price and has a wonderful city view. The hotel will surely have a lot of potential if they were to improve its cleanliness and maintenance.

Sira ang remote ng aircon at sobrang tagal gawin at makapal na kumot nalang ang ibinigay para hindi kami lamigin. Also, may utility personnel na binuksan ang pinto kahit may tao sa loob.

I requested for an early check in but to no avail. We went there as early as 9 am because we are from ilocos. They reasoned out that there were no room available yet. However, upon checking, most of the rooms were unoccupied. They only allowed us to check in at 12:15 after they granted a foreigner’s request to have an early check in who just arrived. The room does not even have floor mat nor rugs.

The food for breakfast was not so good.

The place is so cool.. and it's so great..

Same satisfaction like our first visit. We consider atrium as our comfort place whenever we visit manila. More power and success atrium. A great place to stay. From staff to room to other corners of the hotel 2 thumbs up! Easy access as we ideally consider the place.

Shower is not working. I asked the front desk if they can provide a water dipper instead, I did not ask to be transferred to a different room to save them the trouble and I never complained. They said they will send their housekeeping staff to assist but sadly nobody cares to check and nothing happens, they just ignored the problem.

Warm and very accommodating hotel staff. Good food, location and hotel service. Rooms are very spacious. Comfort room needs improvement as here are stains.
