It was an awesome first experience with Azumi. They were very accommodating despite the huge volume of guests during our visit. I would definitely book a room with them again.

Lovely place, excellent staff, however rooms could be dusted/cleaned better and bathrooms cleaned properly. Shower was a nightmare slipped 3 times no anti slip mat. Obviously the supervisor must have been on holiday. The Fire detector was disabled with cover, TV wifi and absolute nightmare woke us up several times with volume at 100%. Still wasn't working on the day we left. And you photo upload doesn't work.

Selected this hotel due to close proximity for a family member who is starting a new job close by. At time of booking, only bunk beds were available to reserve. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t ready and a room with two queen beds was offered as an alternative. My family was very grateful as they had a long drive to the hotel and wanted to rest. Plenty of restaurants around the vicinity in addition to shopping. Overall, it was worth the stay and would likely return when back in Las Pinas city.

Everything went smoothly for our week long stay except that we ran into lots of issues with our keycards and couldnt access our room. Walls are also quite thin and we would get woken up by noisy guests in the hallway.

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2016. The hotel is showing its age a little, but still very modern and in good condition. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location is very convenient, located near a mall and many fantastic dining options right across the street.

This hotel is soooooo tired now and in need of an urgent refurbishment. 1. Start with new mattresses. The bed is the worst and oldest nastiest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. 1* 2. The water pressure for the hot water is non existent and so you need to take a cold shower if you want one. They use a small water heater under the sink to heat the shower water. Terrible. 3. The towels are about 10 years old I think. So old and slimey feeling. Disgusting. 4. The lifts are a nightmare and take forever so avoid staying on a high floor 5. Drain noises from upstairs room wake you up during the night. The room was clean (excluding the bed mattress) and that’s the only good thing I have to say. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the past 10 years.
