Awesome! The room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are very nice and gave us free breakfast though our booking doesn't include that!

Best location to stay, almost near to everything. And even though, breakfast is not included, they are too generous to provide complimentary breakfast which is very appreciated. My only issue is the air on, rest is ok.

Great friendly staff. Great room you gave us. It was in the corner and we can see great view of Baguio from the room. Thank you for giving us also free voucher for breakfast even though it's not free in booking. Two thumbs up.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean, neat and nice. It’s very evident that the hotel is newly-constructed compared to nearby hotels. Services: I must rate their services as average. There’s not much value-added services as you would experience in other hotels. Comfort and location: the hotel is strategically located in session road that most attractions are just walking distance, even the jeepney terminals of the places you would want to visit. Restaurants, fastfood chains, and public market are just nearby so everything you need is just walking-distance away. Their rooms are also air-conditioned and sound-proof, however, you could still here noises coming from session road especially during busy hours. Food: they have given me a complimentary breakfast eventhough the fine prints of the reservation doesn’t provide such provision. Their breakfast is plated and your choices are the typical longsilog, tocilong, corned beef, etc. The cafe located beside the check-in counter offers a wide range of cakes and pastries as well as coffees and teas that is open from 7am-10pm on weekdays and 7am-11 pm on weekends. So, if you are lazy to leave the hotel premises to eat, you can just drop by at their cafe. Overall, hotel room rates is justifiable for the services you’ll receive. Just for improvement and reminders, their WiFi connection is very weak once your inside the rooms. They don’t have a bidet in their bathrooms but you can ask for a provision of dipper. Also, they don’t provide slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste as they only provide shampoo, bath soap and bathroom tissue. So you must bring one if you opt to check-in at their hotel. Further, they don’t allow early check-ins but they allow you to leave your belongings if you happen to roam around the city while waiting for their check-in hours. I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will probably one of my go-to hotels if I happen to comeback at baguio city.

Our HOME in Baguio
My husband and I and our 6yo daughter have been spending our New Year's eve in Baguio for 4 years now and we always stay at City Center on Session Road. This is like our HOME away from home. We love this hotel because of the very pleasant staff, rooms are clean, very comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom is kinda small but whats important is that the tiles are tidy, no unwanted stain. They have complimentary breakfast served at the Beans Talk where servers are friendly and pleasant too. The room have AC, so no worries if it gets hot in noon time. With cable TV and wifi, big windows with a view of the Session Road. And the hotel's location is near to everywhere. Its just nice to walk going to the mall, market, church or restos and bars around the area. And during Christmas season, transportation is a bit difficult to find...so I'd recommend walking. They dont have a parking space though. Its better not to bring your own car for a family of 3, Baguio streets are not that wide and traffic is somewhat similar to Metro Manila. Anyways, Grab Baguio is one book away. Double thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼coz we are going back again next month 😍😍😍

best hotel in the heart of sssion road
as we all know baguio has a lot of creepy stories to tell and some are from the transient houses and hotels there. Since i experienced it i do research of all the hotels in baguio before i book and i found this newly built hotel in the heart of baguio which is located at the very known session road. i was very lucky that they still have available room for our stay. from this hotel you can reach sm baguio, baguio souvenir market, harrison night market and burnham park by just walking and enjoying the cool breeze of the city. there are taxi that are readily accessible if you want to visit other tourist attractions like baguio botanical garden, wright park, the mansion, mines view park, pma,cap john hay etc. Since the hotel was located at session road you can always go for a walk and try some local restaurants and have a taste of their menu. anyway, about our room we reserved a standard queen bed that includes a very delicious breakfast from the cafe called BEANS TALK located just beside the hotel reception. our room has an airconditioned unit, flat screen tv,land line, vault and a hot and cold rain shower. the view from our hotel is the busy road of session road. for me this hotel is highly recommended esp. for those who really want just to chill and relax and for those who doesn't like to have a creepy stay in baguio. thumbs up for the staff who are friendly and accomodating. i will surely choose this hotel if ever we will be back there.

Nice and Clean
Ok, I'll try to be as clear as possible...most negative reviews I've read about this hotel come from people who are just expecting way too much, and I usually can read between the lines and notice it. This hotel is in the middle of the EVERYTHING...so don't come expecting peace and quiet. I personally enjoy city life, so this is not an issue for me. It is also near the bottom of a hill, so you will get a workout walking up the streets as well stairs. There's even a flight of stairs to climb just to check in, but if you have luggage they do have people to help you with your baggage. I use a cane, but the stairs aren't too much. Now, the room itself. Very clean, nice size for what we wanted it for: a place to bathe and sleep after a long day of siteseeing. Very modern accommodations. Even Air-conditioned...which is rare based on my search experience. My only concerns...you spend on aircon, but not a thousand or so pesos on a bidet attachment for the toilet!? That by itself would be worth a star! The second issue is minor, but why go through the unnecessary drama regarding "not usually offering vouchers" for breakfast? It's an awesome selling point for the place, and the food is convenient and very tasty! Just give the voucher...it entices people to drink more lattes and buy more cheesecake. The third thing probably can't be helped, but a stronger WiFi signal would be great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I just have to work on my physical stamina for the purpose of walking the city...just kidding. I'll still wave for a taxi...

Comfortable stay and great location!!
Our room (good for 3) was small but nevertheless we had a comfortable stay. It also has complimentary breakfast and hotel staff are friendly. If you want clean and good accommodation at the heart of Baguio City, this hotel is right for you. A lot of 24/7 shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the night market, Burnham Park and SM Baguio.

highly recommended
We stayed here four days and 3 nights and I can say its new, very clean, organized hotel. You can find the hotel easily along Session Road near Pnb Bank. We reserved ahead of time and all was went well. No hassle at all. We just asked for a valid id for confirmation and thats it. The hallway was clean and quiet. Elevator is available if don't want to use stairs. Room are cozy perfect for the cozy weather. The bathroom are nice with everyday supplies shampoo, soap and tissue. Bring slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush since its not included in their package. No bidet (but you can request for tabo if you want to) Everyday they cleaned the room and change all the beddings and towels which we likely most. They have telepone available room incase you need something you can call them anytime. Aircon and tv are also available. Water despenser is also available at the reception area. The staffs are very kind, nice and accommodating to clients. Most of all with free breakfast in the Beans Talk delish foods. It's nice and great to be back here soon. Highly recommended hotels in Baguio.
