Good option for large groups
Booked the entire house at an affordable 8k for a day, quite a steal since we're 16 all in all, maybe because it's off season. Forgot the name of the particular house but it got a very nice overlooking view of Baguio city on one side, and greens on the other side, and an ample parking space at the front. I like the house's wood furniture and interior, gives me a homey Baguio feel. House is clean and spacious, hence fresh air circulates. Clean linens, complete utensils and kitchen appliances. We got 5 rooms but this house can accommodate maybe 20 or more since the 2nd/attic floor is so spacious you can just place mats on the floor as sleeping area, aside from the rooms. Blankets and towels are provided, also toilet papers and small bath soaps. Two small toilets and baths, strong water with heater. Staffs are nice and accommodating. Location is very good, away from the noise of the city but near the tourist spots. There are stores nearby so no problem with the necessities. Taxis also abound in the area. What I like most in this place is that there's a fireplace, you just have to inform the staff if you want to use it, and there's a space infront if you want to have a barbeque night. There's only one negative thing for me: refrain from using the cemented stairs when going at the houses at the top, the stairs are dirty, maybe because of the unfinished new building. Use instead the short uphill road leading to the houses. Overall, we got a very good stay in this place, at a very affordable price. And oh, we asked for cuttings of money plants that adorned the porch and they willingly give us some :-)

Ideal if you're bringing a large family
I don't want to dump on Tiptop. Were there problems with water to our room? Yes. Were there a couple other small issues? Yes. But the staff resolved them. We stayed with 14 family members in one unit. We all had a wonderful time. I could not expect more for the price. I would be happy to return again if the family wants to go back up to Baguio.

Disgusting and frustrating!
This vacation home is terribly frustrating, do not ever come!! They're the only accomodation place Ive known that rents their towel to the guests for 50php each. The room is so small contrary to the pictures posted. The kitchen and bedroom cabinets are too dirty and smells like mold! the beds are uncomfortably hard. Their gasoline tank for the stove is empty, we couldnt even cook! The unit smells like dog and very poor network coverage inside the room, we couldnt even make a call. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the service they offer. Not worth your money and its too expensive for what you will get! 😠😠😠

Cozy...affordable living...
Tiptop...to begin with...is obviously located atop one of the higher areas of Baguio where one would find some peace and quiet. The rooms are good for travellers by the number --- great for 7 or more. They have a view deck area which has a very nice view at night and when you wake up in the morning --- feels like you would want to stay there for awhile. Although lacks a fully equipped accommodation like in hotels, what it lacks is compensated for by the very accommodating couple who would bend over backwards to please their guests --- noteworthy to mention Ms. Lilia, one of the owners, and Ms. Jen (or Jean), her assistant. They have rooms for big or small groups --- even people with disabilities can be accommodated in certain rooms. No canteen/resto but the rooms have basic facilities for cooking and dining. You need to bring your own toiletries/towels though. Then again...for the price? Why not! They have a lot of choices of places to stay at very affordable prices ---- even a condo. As mentioned, the added bonus you get would be the very accommodating owners --- from replying to e-mails to accommodating requests.

NOT GO NEVER! One night in the "Greed Accommodation".
I called to book a room and was told that the price was 2500PHP. I thought at that time that it was expensive, but what I did not expect was to find a tiny room. There were no towels or toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. I understand that establishments want to earn money but it is inadmissible to charge high prices for a simple and basic room. There was a lot of noise from the other guests who had very loud music. I recommend NOT GO NEVER to this accommodation.
