Very clean and nice room. Accommodating staffs. Overall is great!
9.7
Hotel is nice and they have good view of the beach. Location is good as it's between Station 1 and 2, beach is not crowded at that part and it's near D'Mall. Our room when we checked in was clean and it's spacious. Staff were very accommodating and always smiling. You can ask for housekeeping service but we did not. They offered a transportation arrangement for a reasonable price, as well as some water activities. Breakfast was not included in the package but guests in this hotel have 10% discount in Army Navy which is located on the ground level. Will surely stay in this hotel again.

Book your stay here 😊
If you’re looking for a not so expensive beachfront place, less noise, friendly and accommodating staff, this place is a good choice. They don’t have breakfast but you can dine at Army Navy at a discount.

Excellent for its price
Stayed for long weekend, with families, 10 of us, was just perfect. Great location, with sea view, staff very helpful, and rooms are great especially for families and group of friends, and get cleaned daily!

Perfect for families! Near a cell tower!
We stayed at the inn for 4 nights. It was a wonderful experience! Staff : The staff were responsive via FB and was able to answer my questions about the location, nearby establishments, wifi, LTE signal etc. When we arrived, they were all smiling and pleasant. All speak in English. :) View: All of their rooms have an ocean view, it was perfect since you can hang out by the balcony while looking out to find my son splashing away in front of the property. Internet & cell service : LTE signal was great for both Smart & Globe even inside the room, speed can go up to 3 mbps and more for outside when using the free Gowifi up to 14 mbps (sometimes 25!). A cell tower is just near the property anyway so I never had to worry about cell service, I did my walk around other stations and found station 3 had poor signal. Wifi in the inn has good signal, but like every wifi it lessens when more people use it. When the room next to ours checked out, our internet speed went fast - husband is a gamer -. Other perks: You can request for a beach chair to be placed infront of the property too. Water is provided by a hot and cold diapenser outside the hall and is never empty. Towels, changing of sheets and room cleaning is provided for free everyday but you must request it in the morning. Food: Their mini bar is ok but we didn't take any anyway since we bought our own snacks. No room service but there is Army Navy just below. Room: Clean and the furniture is made of wood so it looks great and not worn out. No insects or pests in our room and even outside. No weird smells and the sheets are always fresh and crisp. The air conditioner is great too, split type, efficient and quiet. Noise: The inn is in between station 1 & 2, the first night was kinda noisy, it stopped at around 12 midnight and it was coming from the nearby restaurant, not too noisy or annoying karaoke, but the bass notes of the song can be heard. It was a Monday but the rest of our stay had no noise at all. Even if it is a beach front property, you can't hear the wind & waves when you close the glass sliding door. The floors are made of wood so yes, if your neighbors are rowdy teens, you can hear their stomping and giggling in the hall, but only in the hall. I was having a video conference with some friends and they couldn't hear any annoying background noise. Location: Superb! Nearby to places like Starbucks, 7/11 & everything!! I have a 5 yo son and if we stayed at any further locations after the Elizalde resthouse would be too inconvenient since establishments are far apart from each other. Security : The property has a security guard below and staff are always there by the entrance. You need to leave your slippers though so it's likely to get lost if somebody mistakenly takes it, I suggest buying a cheap pair outside and use it or remove them and bring them up. The room locks are good and there are also on the glass doors, they still use the classic room key so don't lose it. CCTV cameras are located strategically. It's not near any bars that look like they tend to drunkards, but it's still a "party" island anyway so make sure the kids have some supervision. People : Boracay has a lot of Asian tourists and even if it's a party island it's still family oriented. Beside the in there are no adult bars that are "in your face" (not really anywhere) and there are local gov't units roving the area.

Lost my slippers
My slippers were used this morning by an occupant of another room as seen in their security cameras. I had to walk barefoot in the morning. Staff gave me slippers to use after lunch but they were quite small for me. It is already late in the afternoon and the staff still haven't returned my slippers. Management should offer to just replace my slippers.

Cool Budget Hotel
In getting a hotel room in boracay, you really need to consider the location, accesibility, comfort, and price. This hotel has it all, you have the view, which is the boracay beach. Their room is very nice too, we are very lucky to get the room that has a beach view as well. Their bed is typical but comfortable, just right for their price. I just had issue with the bathroom, i felt uncomfy, but overall, everything about this hotel is nice. Everything inside is made of wood, bamboo, i am not sure what it is maybe narra. I can tell that we will really book in this hotel again. Proven and tested. 🤗
