Brentwood Suites

We went at a bad time, as it was raining heavily, but was grateful for the staff for loaning us umbrella to go out. The location is good, lots of nice restaurant and a drug store (with food, etc) just next to it, and shopping nearby.

The food was extremely good and yummy! Specially the chocolate porridge 💕

The door is not opening, we cannot enter the room and it happened thrice. My husband needs to go down to the lobby to get help. Also, there's power disruption, it happened twice. I hate to complain but this is the way to have improvement.

Location - ok near mall, drug store, fast food and easy transportation cleanliness - needs improvement. There were part that is dusty. So the room was not cleaned very well. There were also small cockroaches. Saw a cockroach crawling on our bed headboard.. Good thing I was awake but still disgusting because what if you are sleeping and unknowingly that cockroach crawling at the headboard crawled to your head while you are sleeping.. Not good for the price of room to see cockroaches. The carpet in our hallway is dirty. Also the elevator smells. Internet - during our stay there were internet problem. We were not able to connect to their wifi. It seems they only have one provider. Supposedly for hotels at least 2 service provider so in case one provider will have issues there will always be a back up. Rooms in this hotel is not cheap. Staff - needs improvement also. The girl who checked us in is not that welcoming or friendly.. Also some of the staffs also.. Services - good that they give out extra key card. Parking - front and basement parking is only limited. Front I think 6 cars. Basement 3 cars because when we parked there. The other slots are hotel use. Food - our room comes with breakfast buffet. Food is quite good but limited choice. Also on the dot 10am they will remove all the food. So better eat early if you eat slow and want to enjoy the food. Also there is a dress code.. Bed - comfortable tv - for the king room? The size of the tv is quite small. For a big room I hope they upgrade the size of the tv to bigger size refrigerator - it is not a ref what they have is just a chiller and its small. So its just disappointing not to have a small refrigerator. So do not buy ice cream or anything that you need to put in the freezer we booked the king room.. To be honest its quite expensive for the amenities they offer. The room needs improvement because you can see the furniture that needs to be repainted.. I would definitely booked again if the price will go down or if I there is a promo because the original price is not worth it..

Since 2017, which was my first time be in Brentwood, the facilities are getting better. The Wifi was fast and I am satisfied. The food, as always, was amazing and delicious. The services and facilities were also perfect.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside the hotel is unassuming, small. But surprisingly the room is large and very clean with a very good in room facility! Not to mention McD right beside the hotel that will help you taking care of your stomach in late hours!

The room is nice, clean and comfy. The buffet breakfast is also good. The only negative experience I had was during check-in. We arrived at around 10:30am. I understand it’s still too early so we just left our baggage there and went out to eat. There’s a nearby McDo and Jollibee. At around 11:30am, we went back and I asked the receptionist to prioritize us. We waited in the lobby. After about 30mins., I went back to the counter and asked for update but they said there’s no room yet. I noticed there were many guests who have already checked-out. So around 12:45, I checked again, still no room daw. At around 1:15pm, I noticed a family of 3 arrived and they were able to check in. So I went to the counter, giving them a “seriously impatient look” and told them why we haven’t been checked in yet, we’ve been waiting for almost 2hrs, and my companion is my mom who is a senior citizen. They immediately gave me a form to sign and then checked us in. I was like, what the f???!!!!

We booked a 2-night accommodation to celebrate my birthday and I should say, it was lovely. For those who would want a simple but elegant stay, this will the perfect place for you. The location was great, although there was a road construction ongoing at the time. Our expectations were met, the reviews were so far accurate. The staff are friendly and courteous. The lobby is inviting but needed more seating spaces. We did not get to experience the cafe/restaurant as there was an event held, instead our buffet breakfast was moved to the Penthouse floor. It was quite okay but the area was too small and lacks adequate lighting and heating equipment for food. The variety of food was good, we were served with different sets for our 2 consecutive nights stay. We had what we expected in our room. The bed and linens are neatly done. The room at first smells dusty but as soon as the A/C was turned on, it went all good. The bathroom was not that spacious but enough to fulfill its purpose. There were toiletries readily available and a daily room service to clean and replenish. Not bad for its price - worth it!
