I have seen cockroach inthe room but overall the room looks clean.

Bad Side: Room has small cockroach. Very strict for smokers, you are not allowed to smoke somewhere near entrance only on the street. Security guard will ask you to go somewhere for smoking. Don’t eat dinner at their restaurant, it takes almost an hour to cook. Good Side: front desk is very helpful. A receptionist with long hair is nice, she told me smoking is not good..bad for your health. She is kind. Bed is very comfortable and room clean properly. Good value for money.

I feel satisfy with the quality of the hotel. Valve for the money.

Truly a clean and calm environment for those who stay for a biz trip. The front-desk, female with white skin-colour, is not qualified to serve in the hospitality industry! As other staff, bell-boy, male duty-manager,... are nice and friendly.

The only irritating experience was that our shoer area drainage system is not that smooth. It takes some hours to completely drained the water out. Overall it is a very nice hotel. Keep it up.

I stayed in Brentwood Suites from Jan.30-Feb 6, 2026. I had an easy check-in process. When I first entered the room, it was pretty hot. A guy from the hotel helped me to set the AC via remote. The room was pretty descent and clean. The bathroom is clean throughout. I have free breakfast everyday and they change the menu every day. The staff from the breakfast buffet was friendly, attentive and respectful. As for the cleaning staff, they are like 5-6 ppl which make their job easier for everyone which i think is great. They’re very respectful, friendly, and they changed everything from pillow cases, bedsheets and towels every single day. I’m very impressed. I will highly recommend Brentwood Suites to everyone. And if ever I will go back to Manila, i will definitely stay here again.

It looks fresh. Was served in chafing dish but food was cold. Have to wait one morning for breakfast coz they said they were full but at least 12 seats were available. They reserved seats for other guest who came in later. Front desk will not greet you. Housekeeping is wonderful. All of them are nice and efficient.

The Good: The gym and breakfast are excellent. For us the location was fantastic. The bad: Maintenance issues. The towel holder was broke, as well as the grab bars on the toilet. We didn't require the grab bars, as the are broke, they got in the way. The water isn't potable. The shower has build up dirt in the corner, there is no soap holder and the units on the wall for dispencing soap were not working. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The ugly. The ladies at the front desk lacked concern and a good disposition. Check in was the worst I personally have experienced. I requested change for a larger bill and the lady rolled her eyes at me as if I was a huge inconvenience. Called the front desk requesting towels, they stated, they will be right up. Three hours later called again, a guy was at the desk and got them right up. Toilet paper was also an issue. They requested a deposit and we still don't understand why. Additionally they wanted a cash deposit of 1,000 P per day. This was unexpected.

No running hot water. Plumbing noise emanating from the toilet.

Obviously new rooms that are very spacious and clean. And the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay is even incomparable with breakfast other hotels with slightly more expensive rates as the line up of food was very good. We're already planning to come back soon.

Good stay for the value. Clean room and good breakfast.

Theres no bathtub

Ongoing noise round the clock from the industrial work being done next door. Metal being dropped and yelling of voices
